I got a call from the manager from a blocked number. She didn’t even want me to have her number the two ladies that are working there. I have dropped my clothes off there since years. They always spoke English and they always understood it now when half of my daughter stuff is missing and all of my mother’s clothing is gone now they are pretending like they don’t know how to speak English or that Understand it either the lady who worked behind the register refused to put me on the phone with the manager Who was also trying to cover up what they done they mixed my clothes with someone else I have a whole bag of someone else’s clothes that I don’t even know or have Number for and apparently she probably has mines, but how do I solve this Two ladies are pretending like they don’t understand English or speak it They took the money they gave me back $12 for a very large order I should’ve checked the bags before I left. I need to get to the bottom of this because I need my daughters clothes Who is special-needs? I am a single mother, and I don’t have the money to replace them And my mother is disabled and they have half of all of her clothes as well All of her clothes if this does not get resolved and I get my stuff back, I will contact the police and then let’s see if they don’t speak English or understand it but She new how to say that will be $100 dollars and respond about demanding money up front for payment but now that my stuff is gone she don’t know she kept saying no Comprende no Comprende give me a break you guys don’t understand the hard ship this has caused me and my family missing almost all of are clothes I need answers OWNER OR MANAGER WHO R U HIRING AND WHO ARE THESE THIEFS I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME ASAP I have posted this on TikTok. I am posting it on next-door neighbor Am letting the whole Bloomfield know And how I was stolen from this was not a mistake Of conspiracy that the manager is also trying to Cover up, I recorded the whole While I was there, I wonder what they will if someone doesn’t Are When I contact the police

The conservatism of the people who forgot where they came from that owned the place has overtaken and made the place one star. Not returning back to 10:00 hours like every normal laundromat in the area forcing Working Class People that are no way able to get the last load in by 6:30. They keep raising the prices charging the people that are staying loyal to them for those that are leaving for Justified reasons. Listening to the russian repairman that inherently dislike America and that are suggesting to raise the prices because they charge astronomically to repair the machines is just a sign that you need new repair men.

This place is always immaculate. The ladies here are amazing and are constantly cleaning. No matter what time I come here day or night they are on rotation cleaning. Today they are cleaning the laundry carts with a toothbrush and razor blade and cleaning the ceiling fans air ducts. These ladies need a raise lol.

After washing a comforter at another laundromat that left it smelling awful, (I should have known as the establishment was filthy) I came here What a difference!! This place is clean, fresh smelling, so many machines!! Highly recommend

Very clean place. Staff are friendly. I attached pics showing prices of different sizes of washers and dryer. I wish they put door that can be locked-open at the back door so cart can be entered easily.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Staff are 100% THIEVES!!!!! I have been going there for a year using they wash and fold service and it was fine until recently they started stealing my stuff. Last week they took my Egyptian cotton bed sheet. This week they took 4 of my nephew’s pajamas and one pajamas from my sister in law!! They are rude and nasty. And when confronted they just tell you to stop washing here!!!
