I came in for cash advantage from my debit card through another bank. I give my driver's license and the debit card the employee start asking me if I am TD customer or not. Cash advantage don't require to be TD customer long as stated ID is provided then transaction should be completed. After all integration then the went to get the manager white guy won't tell me his name. He said if you want to take this next level he don't care because he is in charge like the president. He looked at me and my driver's license very so, I know this white men is not going to help because he is in charge.

I visited this TD Bank today to exchange currency and was assisted by the banker, Nakeysha Medina. I gave her the money that I needed to exchange to US dollars and she proceeded to bring it to the back to count it and prepare the paperwork. When she came back out after 15 minutes, she told me that I had given her an amount that was 300£ less than what I had actually provided her. When I told her, she immediately said she's going to give the amount back so I can count it. She went into the back for another 10 minutes and when she came back out, she told me I was correct and that the initial amount she had provided was wrong. I am very disappointed. If I hadn't counted the money beforehand, I would have accepted the amount she initially told me and would have had a loss of 300£. The employees of this branch need to be extra careful in situations such as this. Also, the policy of counting the money in the back, rather than in front of the customer, seems questionable because of the possibility of error. I have also reported this issue to TD Bank customer service.

I'm currently at This branch trying to cash a $67.38 check from my company I work for that uses the bank, but cashier is telling me it's a $10 charge. This makes no sense since it's the issuing bank.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY HUSBAND WAS ATTENDED BY A GIRL NAMED SILVIA WHO WAS VERY RUDE TO HIM. HE WENT FOR A NEW CARD BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS ONE HAD BEEN LOST. THERE WAS ONLY THE GIRL SILVIA WHO KNEW HOW TO SPEAK SPANISH. SILVIA WAS NOT ABLE TO HELP MY HUSBAND WITH SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS PUTTING THE CORRECT NAME TO HIS CARD, WHAT KIND OF PERSONNEL WORKS THERE. HE HAD TO LEAVE AND HE FELT SO BAD BECAUSE THIS IS OUR MAIN BANK WHERE WE HAVE ALL OUR SAVINGS. THE TRUTH IS THAT WITH THIS SITUATION WE WILL ALL GET OUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANOTHER BANK. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU ARE A CUSTOMER AND THEY LET YOU GO WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM AND GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE TO HELP YOU. WHAT AN OFFENSE.AND I WILL GET TO THE LAST CONSEQUENCES SO PEOPLE LIKE YOU DO NOT MAKE ALL THE CUSTOMERS GO AWAYTHANK YOU FOR NOTHING SILVIA.

I walked in rushing since I had an appt, and all the reps seemed to be busy. As I was approached by Anthony B. He was already working with a customer and went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t just standing in line waiting. He then proceeded to help and resolved my issue within minutes. I waited less than 5 minutes and I was on my way !Thank you Anthony for making my day better !
