I'm currently at This branch trying to cash a $67.38 check from my company I work for that uses the bank, but cashier is telling me it's a $10 charge. This makes no sense since it's the issuing bank.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY HUSBAND WAS ATTENDED BY A GIRL NAMED SILVIA WHO WAS VERY RUDE TO HIM. HE WENT FOR A NEW CARD BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS ONE HAD BEEN LOST. THERE WAS ONLY THE GIRL SILVIA WHO KNEW HOW TO SPEAK SPANISH. SILVIA WAS NOT ABLE TO HELP MY HUSBAND WITH SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS PUTTING THE CORRECT NAME TO HIS CARD, WHAT KIND OF PERSONNEL WORKS THERE. HE HAD TO LEAVE AND HE FELT SO BAD BECAUSE THIS IS OUR MAIN BANK WHERE WE HAVE ALL OUR SAVINGS. THE TRUTH IS THAT WITH THIS SITUATION WE WILL ALL GET OUR MONEY AND GO WITH ANOTHER BANK. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU ARE A CUSTOMER AND THEY LET YOU GO WITHOUT SOLVING THE PROBLEM AND GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE TO HELP YOU. WHAT AN OFFENSE.AND I WILL GET TO THE LAST CONSEQUENCES SO PEOPLE LIKE YOU DO NOT MAKE ALL THE CUSTOMERS GO AWAYTHANK YOU FOR NOTHING SILVIA.

They wouldn’t help me when I went in at 1:30 on a Sunday when they close at 2, so I drove to the Montclair TD Bank and they helped me instead.

I walked in rushing since I had an appt, and all the reps seemed to be busy. As I was approached by Anthony B. He was already working with a customer and went out of his way to make sure I wasn’t just standing in line waiting. He then proceeded to help and resolved my issue within minutes. I waited less than 5 minutes and I was on my way !Thank you Anthony for making my day better !

The ATM wasn't functioning correctly after 2 separate attempts so I informed the gentleman, nope, sorry, male worker. His first response was to ask me if I know my PIN number, and second to wait until a male customer experienced the same ATM errors so that he could regard what I told him as meaningful once it was confirmed by another male.You're going to ask a client if they know their own PIN number?Seriously ?Off to another branch, and to begin researching other banks.Customer service ? - This was nothing but an insulting and patronizing affront.

TD Bank is located on Broad Street in Bloomfield a couple blocks away from ShopRite I’ve came in here several times and the service is pretty good and the bank is clean

So disappointed with this branch came here to get a replacement for my debit card on Sunday around 2 pm. Two of the guy in representative was helping 2 costumers and slow I can tell how annoyed the costumers are.. well anyway to make this story short I came across to ask those two ladies that happened to work as a teller as I ask one of the ladies if Therese anyone can help me get a new atm card her response was do you want to go to another store she got to be kidding me on Sunday and and it’s 2:15 already and the store will be closing in about 45 min. Woman if you can’t do your job and answer your client properly. Then this job is not for you. Btw thanks for the guy Carlos who helped me politely
