Worst experience ever. And I asked to speak to the store manager and she was worst. They are lazy and don’t know the meaning of customer service. If corporate or someone in a high position for children’s place sees this review. I’d love to speak to someone. And from what I could see, I’m not the only person that had a problem with this specific branch. There are people out here dying to work and you guys have these lazy, unprofessional women working that don’t deserve this job. I am usually a diehard Old Navy customer but You had a 60% off sale so I decided to try them but compared to Old Navy I would give children’s Place well THIS STORE a minus zero. HATED IT!!!

I came in to exchange and item. I was told to get the correct items and come back to the register. The Supervisor and some employees were talking and didn’t even offer to help find sizes. I was struggling to find the size I needed and finally when I get to the register and they run the exchange they tried to charge me again for an exchange. The supervisor gave me an attitude and said “well do what you gotta do”. Now I see why no one comes to this location. They’re rude and instead of helping they give you attitude and make things worse. That’s bad for business.

Very disappointed. I placed an online order for same day pickup early on Friday, June 4th. Did not receive any notification until Sunday, June 6th that my order was ready.

Oh my God!! Worst customer service ever!!! I asked a lady very politely can you please check if you have this on this size and she was all shaky and rude!!!! To say they don’t have it. Like extremely rude out of nowhere. Honestly she looked either under the effect of some drugs or maybe was just having a very bad day. What ever the case it is I’m sorry for her. She really looked very bad. But if you can avoid going to this store DO IT!!! I definitely WILL NOT GO BACK. I didn’t say a word because, why wasting my time? ?

Less than one. How is it possible that there are 3 registers each cashier spends about 7 minutes per customer and they still manage to leave a alarm on a pair of $7 pants. Waste of time!

The register girl is awfully mean...She was so disrespectful to everyone including myself. Made a register mistake on a credit card and tried to get upset with the customer. Even cursed in front of children...

I visit here often to buy my children clothes because it is a convenient location for me. The variety selection is ok nothing so exciting. The staff seems to always be overwhelmed because it's a very tight space and always so packed. I feel like the store is under staffed and could have at least a smile to greet the customers and make us feel welcomed. I recommend for last minute, quick pick ups.

Enter this store with caution, because this is hands down the most ghetto Children's Place I have ever stepped foot in. Within 10 minutes of being in this store I witnessed the following: 1. A customer cut in front the line and proceeds to argue that she was in the this whole time, when clearly she was not. But the people in line knew better than to argue with a crazy person. 2. The supervisor/cashier gets into an argument with a customer who needed help opening a package to return it, and basically told him her job wasn't to open his package for him even though his finger was broken. When he pulled out his camera to record her attitude, she says "next customer!" 3. The same supervisor/cashier and the crazy lady who cut the line get into an even louder argument with F**k bombs and threats thrown around, all while the little children in the store clutching to their mothers in fear. The argument was because the customer demanded a 3rd bag for her clothes, and the cashier said they were short on bags, and said "next customer!" SMH...

I like this store it is well organized but the cashiers could use a class on customer service! The girls are so rude, it’s almost like they hate being there or dealing with people. Well I hate to break it to you but retail is essentially dealing with people and being cordial!
