“Troy from ECRB went above and beyond when helping me with my car. My vehicle was stuck in a really difficult location, and honestly, I had no idea how anyone was going to get it out without causing some damage. But Troy handled the situation like a true professional — calm, confident, and clearly experienced. He took the time to communicate every step of the process, explaining what he was doing and making sure I understood the plan. His skill and patience turned what could’ve been a stressful mess into a smooth and efficient recovery. What stood out most about Troy was his professionalism and genuine care for both the car and the customer. He treated my vehicle like it was his own, making sure everything was done safely and correctly. You could tell he takes real pride in his work and in representing ECRB. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines technical skill, excellent communication, and great customer service all in one — but Troy did exactly that. I couldn’t be more thankful for his help and would highly recommend him and ECRB to anyone who needs reliable towing or roadside assistance.”

“Best tow service, Nikolas is a very helpful, honest and caring person. He does not only care about your vehicle he also cares about his customers. He helped me big time when i was stuck in the middle of the night and couldn't get another tow. He went out of his way to even give me a ride back home even though it was not near the area he picked me up and dropped my broken down car to. He offered me snacks and heat and a blanket as I was out in the cold for hours before I found his tow service. He was not about to leave somebody stranded in the cold in the middle of the night, with no one else to help them. He is very very kind and the most respectable tow truck driver I have ever dealt with, there is no reason to not trust him when you are broken down.”

“Amazing customer service and efficiency! I was stranded on the side of the road with a broke down car. Went through my insurances “roadside assistance”. After sitting for 3 hours and being lied to by the insurance company I decided to call my own tow. I found BTS had great reviews, and those reviews accurately reflect their service. I was in a unique spot on the road and they were able to locate me with ease. The truck quickly arrived on the scene. They efficiently towed my car to where it needed to go. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. If you need any type of tow service in the area, this is the company to call!”

“I have never even been a customer of Clairmont Auto Body but I live close by and my car battery died and Mitch was kind enough to leave the premises and walk to my car, in the rain, and diagnosed my electrical issues. He even came back later with his personal battery charger just to confirm the shops battery charger's readings. I can not say enough nice things about him or Clairmont Auto Body.”

“I had a flat tire Wednesday morning, called NJM and they sent someone to put on my donut. I drove up to Sadowski's and I no sooner walked down the block to the bank that Sadowski called and my car was ready. Thankfully, it only needed a plug. I can't thank them enough for taking care of everything so fast.”

19 Jackson Avenue, Pompton Plains NJ 07444
“I had the absolute BEST experience with this company. I got a flat on the interstate and the roadside assistance provided by my car Insurance lied and said they couldn't tow where I was located (wasting 2 hrs of my time). I then called Pompton, and within 25 minutes, Walter pulled up in a new, clean and comfortable tow truck and got my car loaded up. Walter took the time to understand my situation and provided me with a few options to ensure I was back on the road and home that night. Ended up towing me back to the shop where the owner Mike and additional employees patched my flat and got me back on the road in less than an hour from pick-up. I couldn't have asked for better service - no long wait times, kind & knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service skills. Thank you ALL for getting me home Monday night!!”

“Juan saved my 2016 Nissan Altima from bad transmission problems. I had issues starting the car and there was a time when it shut off at a red light. After getting my transmission fluid, brake fluid and battery actuator replaced, my car has been running as good as ever. I opted to replace my battery for good measure, and Juan had no problem installing it as a precaution to my actuator problems. He also hooked it up with a bumper clip and got rid of my unsightly Gorilla tape from the front right side of my bumper. He’s a very friendly professional with fair pricing and honest integrity. I definitely will be returning to have my brakes and headlights looked at shortly enough. Highly recommended!”
