“It could be better to give clear instructions on the address because we lost a lot of time changing from a location to another. Also the equipment requested for rental was not there. We really needed them. After we found the right location, the process was easy and clear. Also u-haul customer service was efficient, attentive, fast and responsive.”

“I had a great experience with this moving company, Luxury Movers. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. Even with a busy schedule, they kept me updated and made every effort to ensure they would be there as promised.
The team worked hard to unload all of my belongings, including several heavy items, and carefully carried everything up multiple flights of stairs without any issues. “We’ve been renting from Ryder in Moonachie, NJ, for years, and they continue to deliver outstanding service every single time. Any time one of our trucks or trailers is being serviced or unexpectedly down, Ryder is our go-to, and they never disappoint.
On our most recent rental, we picked up a trailer for a two-day rental and later discovered a small roof leak during a sugar pickup. I immediately contacted Ryder and spoke with Maynard, who provided excellent customer care and assured me the issue would be handled promptly. He had Luis, the supervisor, call me right back.
Luis followed up quickly, asked us to return the trailer when we were able, and remained flexible since our driver was still finishing his route into the next week. Once we dropped the trailer off, Ryder promptly processed our reimbursement for the damaged trailer. The shop tech even took it right into the back immediately to be serviced, no delays, no hassle.
This location consistently shows professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for its customers. Special thanks to Maynard and Luis for their responsiveness and commitment to great service. We will continue to use Ryder Moonachie for our fleet support needs, highly recommended!”

“I’ve been using this U-Haul storage location in Newark for a little over a year, and I can honestly say it is one of the best, if not the best, storage facilities I’ve ever used.
The facility is always very clean, well maintained, and well lit. The temperature inside is comfortable and consistent, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are being stored in a good environment.
The customer service has also been excellent. The person who assisted me was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Every time I’ve needed assistance, I’ve had a positive experience.
