I tried to have the lady at the front make a label for me and she refused to make me a label and made me write the address on the box, then told me I wrote it wrong. Absolutely useless and I just will not be coming back ever again.

Just got done mailing ALOT of certified letters and Louise, Sheri, and their supervisor were so patient with me. Absolute rockstars!!
