I sent my son to have a photo taken with the Passport Type specifications (previously I went to take the same service) and the person who attended him did NOT give him the photos in digital media (USB), according to him because he does not have USB devices and only sent them by email, but he does have USB to charge an additional value and it turns out that USCIS does not accept the photo because it is overexposed (sent by mail it is already exposed and that governmental entity does NOT receive it). It is unbelievable that since he is a 16 year old kid they have to scam him this way, just because he does not go with someone. When I went to take the same service, they took the picture correctly, gave me the USB and the physical ones for the $16.99 value. And just because my son went alone they didn't deliver the whole product. Scammers!

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Naomi at Walgreens, and I must say, her exceptional service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, Naomi greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately put me at ease.
Not only was Naomi incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services offered at Walgreens, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I needed. Her patience and willingness to answer all of my questions demonstrated a level of professionalism and dedication that is rare to find.
Overall, my experience at Walgreens was made memorable by the outstanding service provided by Naomi. Her positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and genuine care for the well-being of customers truly set her apart. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Naomi for making my visit to Walgreens such a pleasant and enjoyable one. She is a true asset to your team, and I look forward to visiting your store again soon.
Thank you for employing such a dedicated and compassionate individual like Naomi, who goes above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of your customers

This is the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever experienced. Will never return. They take super long to fill prescriptions, and give you fake lead times on when the prescription will be ready for pick up. When you get there, you still have to wait 30-40 minutes. I had surgery in my mouth and called for a status on my prescription fill, the guy on the phone said 20 minutes, I come an hour later and they tell my mom it's going to be another 30 minutes. Mind you I was on hold for 18 minutes before I could even get the pharmacist on the phone when I called. Ridiculous. & They close daily for lunch ? Must be understaffed and overworked. Shame on the management and ownership at this Walgreens. I've always used Walgreens because of their efficiency, I will be going to the one on Washington street in Belleville. I've been disappointed here too many times and not let a review. This was the last straw

If it wasn't for the insurance plan and the location, I wouldn't bother with the pharmacy dept. at all. They talk down to patients.

I refilled a prescription for critical medicine. It took them days to fill because while the script is vastly common - they didn’t carry it or were out of stock. Once it was filled, I paid extra for same day delivery because I had a sick child and limited access to transportation. I received a message saying it would be delivered and the money was taken out of my account. 6 hours later when it was not delivered and I knew the pharmacy would close in an hour - I called. I was told that they “didn’t get a fax” so they would “open a ticket” about it. Maybe they “would know more tomorrow. But we are closing tonight.” so although I paid for critical medicine to be delivered, they told me to go away because they “didn’t get a fax” They didn’t rectify the problem and then look into it later, because I needed the medicine. They didn’t figure out a way to help me considering my circumstances, and the fact that I had paid for delivery of the critical medicine today when the pharmacist was dismissive, I called customer service, and after speaking to seven different people over the course of an hour - they told me all they could do was “open up a complaint”, and yet they did not ask or take my information or the location of the pharmacy. They did not take the name of the store, and even though there is a Walgreens on seemingly every square mile of the United States of America, there was no attempt to get to me in as timely a manner as possible the medication that I had paid to have delivered and that is critical to my health and that of my unborn child. here’s the thing: very often when we get stressed at work or life, we say to ourselves “we’re not saving babies it’s not that important“ Walgreens actually is saving curing protecting children and human beings. And it is clear that they care not about their paying customers or those human beings, or their medical welfare. They clearly demonstrated a lack of concern or care for a pregnant women who paid for a service they failed to provide that it critical to the health of both. This is not OK on any level whatsoever. This is absolutely brutally callous and quite sinister to actually not do anything to rectify such a situation. I am shocked that those with such great responsibility to people and children’s health would be so very deeply negligent. After their affiliation with Theranos - we would have hoped they would at least care about their reputation. But clearly they feel their monopoly is sufficient to justify a callous disregard for humans, customers, pregnant women and unborn children.

My insurance forced me to use walgreens for my covid and flu instead of my usual pharmacy. Forced me to go out of the way for slower and worse service.

Allergy meds are locked- i understand theft but the auto pager is in the Aisle- I pressed it for an associate - and waited- and waited and waited.. after the 4th auto page I left- as I was leaving the a store a key holder who was stocking shelves was just casually walking down the Aisle- as I looked behind me- I saw not one but both ears with air pods in- what a waste of time. This should not allowed. Unacceptable Walgreens!!!.

Terrible service in the pharmacy area. I give it one star because there is no such thing as a 0 star. Bad service and long wait. I made an appointment for 3 vaccines and I was waiting for more than 1 hour and I had to leave without getting any and the Pharmacist on duty today is rude and disrespectful. That lady's treatment was in very bad taste for me. Don't make appointments there. Very bad attention.

The pharmacist, Joseph, is extremely kind and caring. All businesses need more people like him, he’s the man! It’s always great interacting with people who care about their customers. 5 stars for Joe!

I finally can admit I hate the pharmacy.. they are so disorganized they tend to not be open in the AM until almost noon cause they are understaffed and they don’t have the decency to notify you if the medication is out of stock.. I ah e a sick daughter at home when I arrive the next day to grab the meds and they tell me they don’t have it … they are very behind with their workloads people waiting who are also losing their patience.. I refuse to deal with this pharmacy ever again….

Lauren was a big help to me locating a FedEx package I was afraid had been lost somehow. It had just not been picked up by FedEx, yet. Lauren helped me on the phone, politely and patiently, in spite of my panic over the possible loss. Thanks, Lauren! I hope I spelled your name correctly.

The pharmacy was closed after giving a Covid vaccination appointment for my 3 year old. The single person managing the entire place couldn't be bothered. Very disappointed.
