The customer service is here is amazing.. I’m at the bank with my aunt who’s a banker here and they were all so nice, the security guard was very helpful, he gave everybody waiting to be seen nice cold water, I didn’t get any of there names but I went on Thursday July 25th at 12:00 p.m the whole staff was very nice and professionally dressed.. I noticed how when somebody was struggling to speak English they accommodated them with someone who spoke Spanish. They were also doing a test, I liked how the man in the pink suit came up to us and said “ hi you guys we are about to do a test, please don’t be alarmed “ .. nothing out the ordinary happened, it was just very refreshing to see people being so kind and professional. Keep up the good work you guys! Have a great day.

This is my favorite Wells Fargo in the area. All services available, drive through & walk up atm has worked every visit. Well lit, heavily trafficked area (not dark/secluded.) ??

Made a 130 appointment, not only was the guy I made an appointment out to lunch, I sat there for 10 minutes before anyone checked in, lesson learned, I'm banking elsewhere. Hope you don't get herb, taking my business elsewhere!

I been a WF customer for a long time. And it’s the second time I leave the branch unsatisfied! Both times at this specify branch, which is my go-to. The first time I was promised something they later didn’t honor, and the second time they rejected to go above and beyond to make it up to one of their long lasting customers, they said straight to my face “ you’re no a new customer so we can’t do anything” what is that even mean? That they don’t care about their older customers? Where is the value? How sad! Well at least there are other banks to bring the business to

This is the worst bank . I go there every month to do a transaction. and no one knew me, i felt like a complete stranger . The tell and manager humiliated me , i felt like a thief. The teller literally told me to move out the way. I was so humiliated, everyone stare at me . I was so extremely embarrassed . I will never go back there

Went in their a few days ago and this I believe to be Filapino guy around 5ft6 in height helped me get a new card and gave me saving advice and he was honestly hands down one of the coolest and down to earth people who is highly in tuned to what he does and is very kowledgeable.I really am upset I don't know his name but the guys amazing even followed up on me a few days after to make sure I received the card.Id give this place more stars if I could ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

So... if I’m not a business customer I’m not entitled to a roll of quarters at this Bloomfield branch? Great way to treat your customers. I guess a 1 roll of quarters was worth me cancelling my account.
