“I had a great experience here. Went in a week before prom to get my daughters dress tailored. It was ready a few days later. The dress was very intricate and they did an amazing job. It fit like a glove. My daughter looked beautiful, she loved it! The work was perfection.”
“Helpful staff. Bright, clean, place. Has phone charging stations. Washers are $3.00, $4.40, $6.50 or $8.25 depending on size as of this writing. Washers use a refillable card. Dryers the same or some take quarters. Change machine is present. Off street parking in a lot is available. Everything you need or would want to do your laundry.”

“My best friend needed her reception gown altered before her wedding in 48 hours; her weight had fluctuated down recently and the dress fit too big; also, it was a cheap dress and the hook at the top of the zipper was sewn in wrong. The tailor took the dress, made the requested alterations, and gave it back to the bride in great condition within 24 hours. We are so grateful for his willingness to help quickly and make sure she felt confident in her dress as she danced the night away with her groom. Highly recommend!”

“I pass by two laundromats just to come to Baldwin Laundromat in Parsippany, and it’s all because of the wonderful service I receive from Naomi and Julie. I always drop off my clothes, and they take care of washing and folding for me. Everything comes back neatly packed, ready to put away—no stress about folding on my end.
What I really appreciate is how accommodating they are. For example, I use special dryer sheets because my dog and they gladly use them without any issue. Even though it would be more convenient for me to use another location, the extra drive is well worth it for the care and service I get here.
Naomi and Julie are the reason this location stands out. They are always smiling, so pleasant to talk to, and truly a joy to deal with. They give me a promise date for when my clothes will be ready, and without fail, they’re always done on time (often even sooner). I don’t even mind using part of my lunch break to drop off or pick up because I know I’ll always be greeted warmly and leave happy.
I highly recommend Baldwin Laundromat, especially thanks to Naomi and Julie. Their friendliness and professionalism make all the difference and keep me coming back.”

“A new laundromat, clean new. The have free WiFi and TV service. They also have drop off service. Great for washing large items that don't fit in your home machine. I find when I go there once or twice a year, the prices have constantly gone up, the cheapest wash is 3.99 and drying is .55 or .75 cents for 10 minutes of drying.”
“I used this laundromat twice and both times it was awesome. The owner was there the second time and helped me get my laundry out when one of the washers wouldn't unlock, and said he's replacing that line of washers soon. There is no ATM but there is a change machine. I got my laundry done in less than an hour for $3.75. Can't beat it!”

“This is a great place to do laundry. It's cheap, has plenty of washers and dryers. They are open 24/7 you can check to see if they are busy before you go so you don't have to wait for washers. Even when busy the turn around time is pretty quick. The clerks are all very nice and helpful. They do sell laundry soap softener and dryer sheets. They are a little on the expensive side but if u need it in a pinch it's available. They also sell laundry bags at a decent price. They use a card system which is very user friendly. There is a bathroom that is available for customers as well.”

“I usually don't do laundromats but my washing machine broke so here I am.
It's clean and open 24 hours. I needed an agent place. You'll need lots of quarters. The management office is closed off hours. People who are regulars were very helpful. There are 2 larger machines. It says 6x. But I feel like it's same size as my home washer. $9 each. The smaller machines are less. Taking the laundry home to use my own dryer. But I think dryer is 0.25 per minute. There is a change machine. You can purchase detergent, softener, etc.
Several tables to fold laundry. Several baskets on wheels to move your stuff.
Read the options before putting money in. About 30 minutes for the load to wash. Street parking only.”

“Don’t know why all the bad reviews. This place is big, has plenty of washers, cost is reasonable, and I LOVE that they use quarters. I hate using apps that require a minimum load amount or are hard to use. Not everything old is bad or needs to be updated. There are places
to sit inside and places to eat right next door. Washers never smell moldy, and most people are friendly or keep to themselves. It’s a laundromat not the Hilton. Wash and fold service is also quick.”
“Good little laundromat! Wish there was a bathroom. The neighbors seem to frown on my peeing out back. Lol. Just two suggestions: a phone number listed on Google. I’m not sure if you are opened on Easter and can’t find a phone number. And it would be great if paper towels and disinfectant or wipes were accessible to wipe down the tables. The last few times I’ve gone the folding tables have been rather dirty!! Other than that I’m a fan.”
