“Unfortunately I had some security issues with my acc regardless of how Valley National Bank does business. Nancy at this location not only helped me figure out how to fix my acc she helped me in person situate everything and while my acc was down she was able to provide with funds from my acc until the issue was resolved the issue was then resolved so not only did I have emergency cash she waited for me at the location past business hours just so I could have cash. The issue was resolved she was very kind and straightforward also I was a little frustrated and she still handled my frustrations very well. I am only speaking for Nancy she is a 5 star employee ! If you have any issues ask for her and stop by in person I'm sure she will help you she is very educated !”

“I cannot say enough positive things about the Valley branch in Pompton Lakes, NJ!!! I have worked with this branch for years. My company does our business banking here and my family also does our personal banking here. Then, just recently, my wife and I took out a Home Equity Loan here. Over the years, in every single instance, this Valley branch, and especially the personal help from Karen Austin branch manager, has been exceptional! I mean that is every bit of the word: exceptional! Karen and her team in Pompton Lakes consistently goes above and beyond any of my expectations for what banking should be. Karen always takes the time to explain options and help us make the best educated decision for us. This review is long overdo because I have been so happy with banking at Valley for many years, but now I need to let others know that choosing the Valley branch in Pompton Lakes would be a great decision!!!”

“Back in Sept. I went to the Dover branch to get a document notarized. This was in order to close out my deceased mother's account. The Wells Fargo Estate Care Dept. had all the required documents but needed this one notarized. The process was complicated by the fact that there was no estate account set-up. I went there expecting to get the notary stamp and continue to wait on the whole drawn out process. I met with Roberto Burga who not only notarized the document but took the time to look further into how to settle the account. He called up the Estate Care Dept. and knew the correct questions to ask in order to get this resolved. He was persistent was able to get approval to process a check to me for my share of the estate. My siblings then just had to go to their branches and contact Roberto who then walked the other branch managers through the process. Both Roberto and the bank clerks were pleasant, helpful and professional. Thank you so much for your help in this matter.”
