My sister got her nails done and paid $90. Her Acrylic came out, bumpy And Horrible. My sister ask the owner To fix it and the owner said that she’s picky. lol I would never recommend this place to anyone. Beware to everyone that goes here. They are overpriced , They do a rush job and tells clients that they are picky! I’d rather go to AA NAILS👌

First I would like to say the ladies who work doing the pedicures are not the problem they all work hard and do their best . I notice that the owners give special treatment to certain customers. The man that is always there (owner ) is constantly looking over the workers making you feel a certain way . He actually humilated me because of a tip you can literally see there face expression change. Unfortunately I will not be returning .

I’ve been going to Central Nails for at least 6 years now. I was generally satisfied with the services until recently. Several weeks ago I went for a pedicure and gel manicure as I’ve been every 2 weeks for my entire time with them. However I noticed that after a few days my gel manicure began to “ become cloudy”. It was a lovely purple shade that just fogged up..
I lived with it until I was due to return after 2 weeks. I spoke with Brian the owner and explained what had happened when I called to make my appointment. He seemed supportive and said that he would take a look at it when I got there the next day. I researched possible causes and it sometimes happens when the product is old or the gel was not cured under the UV lamp long enough. A newer girl by the name of Nancy did my gel the last time. However when I showed it to Brian’s wife. Julie ( Brian was not there that day) , She blamed me and said that it was probably due to me going out in the sun or putting my hands in bleach or that I chose the wrong color. She declined refunding the cost and said she would take only $10 dollars off today . Seriously? I’ve been coming here all these years and this never happened. A $49 service with tip ? Sadly they’ll never see me again.

I had an amazing experience at Central Nails & Spa! I got a pedicure and callus removal, and they did an outstanding job. My feet feel incredibly soft and smooth, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon was clean and well-maintained, and the service was definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch foot care!

I used to go there often but today is the last time I will ever go to this place. The lady which I am assuming is the owner or wife of the owner was very rude and charged me $15 to remove uv gel from 6 nails only. I also told her to put two coats of the sparkle gold and she was said “ no why “ she ended up doing what I want but then she started to mumble to the owner( her husband) in their own language and doing things as I am crazy or something. Never stepping a foot agin into this salon. Customer service is number one to me.

you will most likely wait 45 minutes to get your nails done with an appointment. They will also charge you $15 to take off polish (they don't tell you until swiping your card) Oasis nails is MUCH better.

I've been going to Central for years! They are always efficient , and do a great job! Julie is the best and my go-to person for gel manicure! The atmosphere is comfortable and clean! Even after moving, I still opt to make the trip to Central Nails - they are the best around! Highly recommened!!!

My granddaughter got a gel manicure on a Friday afternoon. By the evening her nails were already chipping! Went back and they did her nails over. The woman did a gel manicure in 17 minutes! Will not being go back for sure!Service: Manicure

Owner Julie is not friendly (although her husband Brian is much nicer) and I’ve found other local places such as Montville Nails do a better and much longer lasting job.Services: Pedicure

I went for an eyebrow wax and left wax today. The wax is not hot enough. After I was done I looked in the mirror and it was an awful job that I still have here in both areas. When I asked the lady if she could fix it after I paid she said she’s booked the rest of the day. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he wasn’t there today I will never go back very rude and services were awful and employees rude. Very dosapppinted. Lots of better places in the area!!!

I got my eyebrows waxed there today. The wax wasn't hot enough when I was done and pointed out that I still had a lot of hair in those areas the lady told me I would have to wait till she was done giving someone else a gel manicure and then she was booked the rest of the day so she couldn't help me fix it. Very disappointing very unprofessional will never go back. Julie and Harma especially were very rude workers and not willing to help especially after I paid.
