Alper is one of the best repairmen I have had the pleasure to do business with over the past 15 years living in Morris County.
I came in with a phone that had been submerged in water, the back electrical board all visible, with very little expectation as to having my phone work. I knew there was little to no chance, but all I hoped for was being able to recover the data and priceless memories I had hosted on it. Alper was transparent about the likelihood of fixing it, but said he would try his best.
Let me tell you, he did all that and more. Alper really stands behind his service, attention to detail, and caring for his clients. Alper was able to salvage my water logged, destroyed phone, and helped me recover memories at an affordable price.
He's won all my future business. If you're looking on Google for a good repair shop, stop searching, you've found the one.

Alper is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable techs out there when it comes to cell phone repairs and troubleshooting. He recently assisted me with my daughter’s iPhone when the touch screen became completely unresponsive. I was prepared to buy a new cell outright, but in less than 15 minutes, Alper was able to replace the screen and even went the extra mile with a new battery (he noticed it wasn’t optimal) and a screen protector. My daughter was so happy!! As a business owner myself who relies on technology to keep my business moving forward, I highly recommend Device Surgeon for all your tech needs! Alper is the best! He has repaired an expensive smart phone and two laptops for us and saved us thousands in replacement costs. He is honest and tells us the facts we need before and after the job is done. Would trust him with any critical device that goes on injured reserve.

Alper was incredibly responsive and kind as he helped my wife with a phone issue. He communicated with us before he was even open for the day about the likelihood that he could repair the phone, and even sent me updates as he sent her to the Verizon store for what ended up being a quick fix with a new SIM card. He also dried it out thoroughly which fixed water damage in the camera and it is now good as new. This is not the first time we have used Alper, and once again we couldn't be any more pleased with his honest, reliable, and affordable service.
