“Just want to start off by saying that I originally had an issue with the flowers my wife received for valentine's day. I was not happy at all. A little less then a week later i decided to write a review (which I really hate doing) but after I wrote it the owner texted me reached out to me pretty quickly. He was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. He was a man of his word and today my wife received a beautiful bouquet in a vase which I originally didn't order with the original flowers. The owner didn't have to do this but he did and he went out of his way to make my wife happy. After all this I will definitely be going back. Thank you again! (Just wanted to add that it was valentines day and was extremely hectic and mistakes happen)”

“Cathy at Crest Florist is incredible. She took the photo inspo that I gave her and made my floral vision for my wedding come to life. I was in absolute awe by the staircase, the centerpieces, the bride/groom table, and all the bouquets. Katie was also a HUGE help and sent me photos of my bouquet along with my bridesmaids the day or two before to make sure I absolutely loved everything prior to my wedding day. If I could recommend crest to everyone, I would! Additionally crest florist did my flowers for my rehearsal dinner which were also stunning. A must hire vendor for all weddings !”

“There was miscommunication on flowers that i ordered for the passing of my best friend’s mother. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Monday before 2pm. It was Columbus Day. When i arrived at funeral home and saw that the arrangement was not there i called and left a message. I WAS TOTALLY FLOORED TO THE POINT I STARTING SHEDDING TEARS. NOT ONLY DID REFUND MY MONEY BUT THEY SEND THE ARRANGEMENT FIRST THING TUESDAY SINCE FUNERAL WAS NOT TILL 1pm. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY. WHO DOES THAT THESE DAYS IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN. THEY ARE AWESOME AND STAND BEHIND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE AND THEY ARE MY FLORIST NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.
