Service and sales are top notch. Cliff, Charlie and Will are great and easy to work with. They handle all of our Hino trucks and always get things done in an efficient manor. Cannot recommend them enough.

I did not have a good experience with this company late last year. They stopped in my place of business to drop off a business card since they were in the area and service my neighbors trucks. I called them in good faith thinking they would take care of me when our truck broke down. I do feel that as a woman business owner they took advantage of me by proposing $7700 for that repairs that were not all necessary. We had a problem with our DEF Sensor causing the check engine light to be on. We knew that had to be addressed but they also told me I needed all 6 tires replaced (at a cost of $1400) which was not true among other things. We decided to just do what was absolutely necessary to get it on the road and took it to a truck center that came recommended to us and have been using ever since. They serviced my truck (replaced 1 tire) among some other things and their pricing was fair. I was told that many things on HK's initial estimate was not accurate and did not need to be done.

I swear this is probably the best place around. Every time we have an issue with on of our Hinos they get it in and out and timely manner! Charlie and Will have a great crew over there!

Started using HK Truck Center in Boonton when they opened to service our fleet of trucks. Great place to work with! Excellent communication! We are extremely pleased with their quality of work! Charlie has been a pleasure to deal with and make sure that everything has gone smoothly for us. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
