Sent me incorrect ball joints and swear up and down they’re correct. They claim the boot isn’t supposed to go all the way down to the control arm….. Then they make you pay to send back a return for their faulty parts. Terrible customer service.UPDATED WITH RESPONSE:I sent these same pictures to Dan and he told me that's all the further they go on. There is a recessed area that tapers up to the threads (Added Photo). I used a ball joint press with the appropriate tube to try to press them on before I called back but it takes so much force that it bends the flanges over on the edge of the boot and you can't press it any further. I told Dan on the phone that the boots were damaged from trying to press them on over the threads. He again told me that "The threads don't get covered by the boot" and that he would look and see if he could find some boots to send me. He never did send them. I can send the ball joints back but I have to pay to ship them.

I would like to share my experience. A person named Bill in the Packard Department went above and beyond my expectations when asked to help find a rear universal for my car. It took some weeks but he never gave up. He also helped restore the part he found. I have never had anyone help me to that level anywhere. This company is by far the best I have done business with in 65 years. No stone unturned by Bills questions to make sure I was getting the right part. He is one hell of a nice person!

These guys are the worst. I dealt with them 20 years ago and swore never again. Had a customer who needed old parts. Tried them again ...some things never change. Decided these guys are not who I want to spend money with Had to give them 1 star to leave feedback

Very up front with pricing, dan was very helpful in giving me the information that was required to get the job we needed done in the time frame needed. I cannot recommend how hard it is to find a place that is willing to go that extra mile to help out a custom and make sure you job can get done and get done right.

I called about a fuel pump for a 54 Hudson Jet. The parts person made me feel like he couldn’t wait to get me off the phone .(The Hudson Jet has a 202 ci engine and only built for 2 yrs)…..I was told he had a fuel pump for a 54 Hudson but would not confirm if it would fit my specific model. When a Company makes you feel like they don’t want your business you go to someone that does!

They charge the credit card 1st then figure out if they have the parts. When they don't have the parts it is impossible to get them back on the phone and fix the order. Always a problem with them. Not the first time as you can see with all the other complaints.

Talk about under promise and over deliver. I was told 7-10 days to process due to the current times, however I received my package in 3 days! Not so great though: The remanufactured water pump I received has rust on it and was not completely painted. The radiator cap I received looks weathered and used. The fuel filter was supposed to be a reproduction AC filter with AC stamped or embossed somewhere, however I do not see that. Have not installed these parts yet.

The worst customer service ever. I had to deal with Dan W. My calls are never returned and the phone is never answered goes straight to voice mail. I had a problem with some drums that were a bad casting and had to return them by the way you have to pay for your own shipping. Also to get my refund takes 3 to 4 weeks I was told. I think its horrible business. Think twice before buying anything from them.

Worst service ever. I order a set of transmission gaskets for a 1955 Buick with sales man William Donovan. The gaskets arrived and were wrong, they were for a 54 and earlier which has a different transmission. Also the gaskets were all damaged and must have been when packed as the packaging was not damaged. I asked for a new correct set but never heard back. I finally contacted their sales e mail and got a reply from Dan Winget who asked for photos. I did that straight away and never heard back. I have e mailed approx 20 times now with no reply over 3 months. Worst service ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. Happy to take your money but no customer service when they get it wrong.

Every transaction with this business has been pain free! They know what I wanted, asked the right question, and when I didn't enter my address complete when ordering, they called me to verify. They remembered I had ordered before. Can't say enough good about them.
