Nice and beautiful store. Customer service is amazing and they have the medicine that most of other big chain stores do not have in stock. Very recommend and knowledgeable try to reach to Mike to help you.

Rude people and charges for services that have not been rendered yet. Walgreens and CVS won't charge until you are at your appointment. We Cancelled the appointment for my aunt who's travelling back overseas two days before and we were told my card had not been charged at that point but it was charged the moment you make the appointment! In Healthcare, you do not charge until services have been rendered. They give people a hard time refunding money they pretty much stole for 7-10 days. It's been 3 days and that money has not been returned. They told me it can take up to 10days. That shouldn't happen if you don't charge (uninsured) people BEFORE any services are rendered! And for the full amount too. Not even just a hold on your card. People here are rude and clueless about any of the tests or services they offer. NEVER going back or recommending this pharmacy. I recommended this place to a friend for a covid PCR test and similar thing happened to her. Preston you should be ashamed of yourself!

A very disappointing experience today and despite the fact that this is my ‘go-to’ RX and that I’ve been extremely satisfied in the past it was bad enough to comment.Wed. AM, no other customers. After not finding what I’m looking for I stand at the counter. One employee is on the phone in front of me, another has her back turned, talking to the pharmacists. I expect that the woman on the phone might make an attempt to get her attention but she does not. In fact she doesn’t acknowledge me or even look at me. Maybe the audience of pharmacists behind her will alert her. No.When the talker eventually turns around she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was polite and personable. I spent a moment comparing products.When I got back to the counter she once again had her back to me, talking to the pharmacists. The woman who had been on the phone was now in the back and made eye contact with me repeatedly but ONCE AGAIN made no attempt to acknowledge me or alert her co-worker to a waiting customer; it was literally like I was invisible to this woman.A smile, a nod, a ''we'll be right with you' - that shouldn't be hard.An unexpectedly poor performance from a venerated establishment.What sets you apart from the Acme, the Walmart, the CVS? Customer service. If you lose that piece you lose the game.Good luck.

I got a COVID test for travel here with results that were supposedly guaranteed within 24-36 hours. I received my results 58 hours later, causing me to miss a flight and need to get a second test done somewhere else. Mike from the pharmacy assured me that I would receive a refund from the lab, but this never happened and eventually I stopped receiving any response to my emails.

Seriously Preston Drugs is a little gem that I totally forgot was there! A friend suggested I look at local pharmacies when booking my booster shot since the state and government recommendations were fully booked, and we were able to get same day and next day appointments. My only negative complaint is that the store is small and while we were waiting for the booster you had a lot of people walking in looking for covid tests which made me feel really uneasy. It was the week after Christmas and New Hears and I didn't like the fact that they thought they had covid and were so close, especially when cloth masks might not be enough against Omicron. Still, the staff was great and I was happy to have a local option with easy scheduling online.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place ! I took my 2 sons who have autism and big time sensory issues ages 7 & 10 .. to get their pediatric Covid vaccine and they were so accommodating to my children.He not only came out to our car and gave it to them but was so calm and warm even though they were having a little bit of a hard time , he even gave them a candy cane after as a reward for being so awesome! What a great place and amazing staff who genuinely really care about people !

I am in awe of the amazing job this small pharmacy is doing. They are doing their regular job, they are testing patients, vaccinating people. They still have time to answer the phones. You would think that they are overwhelmed but nope. They are just getting the job done. They are doing it all!!! I have been living in this town for only a few months now. But we are lucky to have this place. I am not sure if you are praised enough. But you are excelling at a very difficult time!!!’ Lucky to have you near by

I had my covid booster appointment today and the female pharmacist has the poorest bedside manner. She barely said anything, was impatient and jabbed me so hard that I bled all over my arm. There was no apology or care, she was very rude and didn’t share anything about side effects etc. I thought it was because there was a nervous patient there and she was frustrated, but my family went for an appointment later and had a similar experience. Won’t return because of her bedside manner.

This place is fantastic. One big reason is that it is pharmacist owned and operated, unlike all the big chains. So the owner will go to great lengths to find medications that are in short supply, or to solve any problems you may have. Wonderful staff, great customer service: I am 64, and this is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used.

I highly recommend Preston Drugs as a pharmacy of choice. Mike and the staff are always pleasant, knowledgeable and wanting to help you get the best for the least. After working with Preston Drugs and Mike these many years I could never go back to the BIG drugstores that are impersonal, uncaring and overcrowded...
