This store has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I was dealing with a complicated issue with my Internet for business and the customer service people told me to go to the store to swap out a broken router. Tanuj was incredibly helpful in trying to get the new one activated- unfortunately complicated by me not hailing a voice line with them.i don’t know the name of the young man working with him but he was also great, (this was Saturday 2/10). .Tanuj figured out a workaround. Unfortunately- through no fault of his- the new router was also defective. I went back yesterday and was helped by the manager Luis- he ended up having to try a few routers, including getting one from another location.His consideration, helpfulness, and patience are beyond words. As a long time Retail/restaurant worker, I was amazed at how he kept his cool even when dealing with corporate via phone when they just wouldn’t pay attention to what he was trying to explain,The You g man working with him was also amazing. I. Was there for over an hour while Luis figured things out and I witnessed nothing but great customer service the whole time.Bravo, and give all the employees there a raise. They deserve it.

DON"T TRUST Boonton T-Mobile! I went there to upgrade my mobile phone to a newer model, I asked if they had a free upgrade phone. My salesman did not seem to know, he asked another employee who also was uniformed and finally they asked their "supervisor" who indicated a certain model and said it would be a FREE upgrade mobile phone. So I went ahead and the salesman transferred the information from my old phone to the new phone. But when the bill came a month later I was charged an additional $450 for the new phone. I called T-Mobile corporate offices.....they were no help at all, all they can say is that the new phone I got is not part of their free upgrade plan. And Boonton T-Mobile of course says they never said it would be free. Bottom line DON"T TRUST Boonton T-Mobile.

I can't thank this store enough for all that they did for me. I worked with Natalie (who is AMAZING). She assisted me with getting set up with home internet and a NEW iPhone 15 Pro Max. She understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond with her customer service. If you're a local, a T-Mobile customer, or looking to switch, this store should be your #1 go to. Thank you again, Natalie!

Be careful opening an account. They don't know their plans well and you will get a biller higher then agreed with.

The Boonton T-Mobile is the worst store by far upon walking in Natalie shows no interest in helping; horrible disposition and personality for someone who is in the customer service industry. Had no clue what she was doing. Had to call her manager. Good thing I was not in a rush. because the whole experience was such a waste of time and nothing was resolved so I went to a different carrier. It's people like Natalie that makes people not want to be a T-Mobile customer. What a disservice she has done to T-Mobile

The assistant manager, Tanuj, was so incredibly helpful and polite, he answered all of my questions and resolved all the issues I was having on my phone. Not to mention, he was a delight to talk to. If you come to this T-Mobile location, be sure to ask for Tanuj, he will get your problems solved in no time

I recently purchased a family plan and home internet from this specific tmobile store, and I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience. Their staff was super friendly, making it easy to find the perfect monthly price as well as the best phones that fit my family life styles. The switching carriers process was smooth, and they even helped me with content transfer. I’m thrilled with the customer service quality and will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Highly recommended! Thank you Yahira, Tanuj!! I went to this store to port-in 3 lines from Verizon 5 months ago and have had nothing but billing problems. They told me about a free tablet and free line of service promotion but have been getting charged $20 for it every month. I’ve went in and called them multiple times to get this corrected as promised by the manager Imran, but they never get back to me. I’m always given a run-around. T-mobile customer service isn’t aware of this promotion and they were no help. Avoid this store at all costs and go to an actual corporate owned T-mo store and not an authorized seller like these crooks.

The people at the Booton T mobile store are problem solvers. They solved a problem I had with customer service over the phone I fought for a week. Another T mobile outlet in parsippany told me they couldn't do it. These people deserve your time and money. I'm going to them from now on.

I highly recommend this T-Mobile store in boonton, I got such a warm welcoming by the staff. They were all very friendly,nice, and informative. I got all the answers to my questions. Especially the store manager Imran was very helpful, he went beyond his abilities to help me, he always gives me a good deals off the products I buy, and I’ve never had any complaints towards them and I just bought the internet service from them and it’s running great?
