Walked in with no appointment around 5:30pm. They took me right away. Stephanie was excellent with my pedicure and gel manicure. They helped me take off my old gel polish while I was getting my pedicure done. Lots of attention to detail. The guy gave me a great neck massage while I was in the chair getting my service. I will definetly be back.

I am a regular customer here. Today I went for a mani-pedi. A customer had 2 kids she was ignoring while getting her mani. Her son ran around jumping on furniture and yelling the entire time I was there. Owner said nothing. When I said something to customer on way out of being respectful of other customers of course she made me the problem. I spent $95. It was like being at Chuckie Cheese. No kids should be allowed unsupervised. He had no toys. Mom acted like he wasn’t even hers. And had a newborn crying in stroller. Staff all looked uncomfortable but no one said a word to her. Just told me I shouldn’t say anything about the kid being disruptive to which should be a relaxing experience. This is the new norm. If she could afford acrylic nails she could afford a babysitter. I asked her to pay my bill since her son ruined what is usually a relaxing time for me. Of course she refused. I’m sure he acts like that everywhere she goes. People are just afraid to confront obnoxious people. I was very disappointed owner did not give me a gift certificate so I could come back another time. I got a mani/ pedi, and she was still getting her mani, so it must have been expensive. I will find another place that has the guts to tell customers to watch their kids. Kid acted like he had drank 3 Red Bulls.

Love this place. The owner is a little “short” at times, but his staff more than makes up for it.
They are focused, hardworking and very generous with their time. They will repeat and repeat until they get it right.
If you’re ever in downtown Boonton and want a few hours of pampering, stop by Tiffany Nails, you’ll be glad you did.

Absolutely scorched my foot with boiling hot water. After I communicated that it was too hot she added cold water for about 5 seconds and asked me to try again. It was still too hot (obviously). Then another 5 seconds of cold water after which I told her I'd just wait for it to cool down. Totally burnt the skin on my foot.

I went for a manicure/pedicure. To tell you it was bad isn't fully giving it justice. The girl was new everyone kept giving her directions, since I spoke Spanish I was hearing there directions I couldn't just sit back and relax, I had to watch her, she wanted to wait until both feet had no polish to place them in water. Then she left one toe nail misshaped and she barely filed and shaped the other. After giving her directions she made the corrections but missed 2 other parts of the pedicure. No hot stone and long massage. By the time I finished I told the owner what had happened but he was more concerned about if I had paid. Never returning. Not worth it.

Not going to lie, I fully intended on getting a pedicure across the street at the new place but I was a little too early and they were still closed. I'm trying all the places in the neighborhood because they all stink when it comes to pedicures. The owner was nice and took me as a walk in. Salon is dated with really terrible massage chairs, but I got a nice leg massage from the tech. Nothing too special here but I appreciate being able to get in on the fly. Good selection of colors!

Went here when my normal place (AA Nails) didn't have availability. Tiffanys charged me $30 more for a fill than I normally pay and then when one of them broke three days later, the owner charged me for the repair (he was well aware I had just been in). Shit product and shit business practices. I won't be back.

We'll they were the nicest people,especially Alice was the nicest ever and I can't believe how they have made a totally flip to' nasty!!! I was leaving and had just given the girl who did my pedicure her tip , the owner did not see it. as I was walking by he yelled to me did you give a tip? I said yes he said ok. I didn't care much for that! So another month went by and I went again and in witnessing the argument between the owner (his wife) and a client, I think that was the last straw. They were arguing because they want 20% tip for every service. Well I think they should raise their prices if they're not making enough money but to demand a certain amount of tip is wrong! So when all is said and done I don't know what happened to these very nice people, they became rude and arrogant... to bad they're going to lose a lot of customers

I love this placeThey are professionals. I always do mani and pedi here. I have try other places and didn’t like it. Here at Tiffany nails I stay! If you want a great experience plus friendly and professional staff, here is the place to go.Also every time I come to do my nails I get back massage !!!
