I wanted estimate so I could charge my customer exact shipping. I told employee to MEASURE. She said it's all good. Customer sent me money, i went back to post office to pay, employee measured this time and it was more money. Stupid

Please for the love of God hire a cleaning service to vacuum and take out the trash and sanitize the countertops . For the sake of your employees and customers. It isn’t been cleaned in months and it shows. It’s so shocking it makes me want to call the health department.

Worst post office. They put your packages in the wrong box. U wont even find it if the other person take ur package.
Also they always close the door before their closing time. Nobody wants to do their job. Wish could give them 0 star

Tim is the worst. He’s a supervisor there. I caught him smoking when he dropped off one of my packages on Sunday. Wasn’t even wearing uniform. Always so rude. I hope he learns better. I wonder how he treats his employees. Shame on this location for allowing him to still work there.

Employees are dry at best and downright rude at worst. You can call any time of day, and the phone will just ring and ring until it disconnects. Bring back the pony express at this point.

Natima is not a quality employee. She will accuse others of wrongdoing when she put in the wrong tracking number. She will accuse a business of defrauding a customer when the package in in the NJ processing center but she put in the wrong tracking number! Natima should NEVER personally involve herself in a transaction unless she can be competent to put in the right information. Instead she caused panic and chaos which resulted in threats being communicated. This is NOT good behavior for a person that is trusted with people personal property and mail.

Had an instance where a package was marked as delivered and arrived 2 days later. Another instance where a package was marked as delivered but was never delivered. They said "we cannot do anything about it because it was marked as delivered". How can you claim that as a reason you cannot act on a package being lost/stolen BY USPS when your people regularly mark things as delivered that aren't.

Stop falsifying your package-delivery data. Marking customer packages as being delivered but not delivering them until the following day is not right!

I got a notification from the post office saying my package was delivered at 11:30am, went outside to check and there was nothing. I called the post office and was told that my package was delivered at 2:30 this afternoon and again it was not. Whoever I spoke to needs to take a course in customer service because they were extremely rude. They kept trying to tell my package was delivered and to relax instead of understanding why I’m frustrated. I was home all day and never once saw them drop anything off, I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Good experience with mail delivery and no issues with in-person interaction at the post office. I just wish I was able to access my P.O. Box for my business mail at any time - not just during their business hours.

Well, the latest folly of this post office in a long list. Today, we received mail and packages for 12 Wiltshire, 12 Wildlife Run, and 16 Wildlife Run.
