Walgreens in Boonton New Jersey is where i get my prescriptions filled. The staff there goes above and beyond and never lets me down! Today the girl who took care of me Vlora helped me with an issue with one of my prescriptions and she went above and beyond to resolve it. I want to thank her and the staff there for always putting us first, and as she said to me, which meant the most to me, was she always thinks about being on the other side of the counter and how she would want to be treated that means a lot to me so thank you again Vlora and to the pharmacist too He always goes above and beyond thank thank you to all.

This “pharmacy” is atrocious. They never have anything in stock, never have any answers and always refer you to a location 40 minutes away and in the ghetto to get your prescription.

Takes forever to get an Rx..on line reasons for each prescription not being ready change for days..never had these problems til recently..u better not need an emergency med cause you'll die waiting...this store is like a 3rd world country...has a death knell

This is by far the worse pharmacy that I have ever had the unpleasure of dealing with. They almost never have things ready when they say they are and the manager Ali is beyond rude and disrespectful..he actually had the balls to hang up on me..I would never treat my patients with such disrespect and honestly the should be ashamed of their continued poor performance.i will never fill a prescription there again..Run don’t walk walk out of there!!!

Very very poor.
I dropped off Fedex package on Saturday and till netx tuesday, it is not yet picked up.
When i called, an associate first says it will be picked up today and when i said, is it still there, he arrogantly says, dont ask me, you want to talk to manager? I said connect with manager and sweet music plays for 20 mins and no one picks up.
I am worried if my package is lost or something.

The Walgreens in Parsippany didn’t have my prescription in stock so I went to this location and since they couldn’t get through to Parsippany asked me to call them. Like WTH kind of busch league nonsense is this??

The pharmacy here is terrible!!! They gave me the WRONG prescription after I've had this same prescription for years. I've never been prescribed the one they gave me today and it's like the pharmacy people are spiteful or narcissistic. Peoples correct medicine matters. To make a mistake like prescribing a customer the wrong prescription is TERRIBLE. I called my dr. and they told me they NEVER prescribed what Walgreens Boonton NJ pharmacy gave me today! I called the pharmacy and they were just basically disregarding what I was telling them when I got home and realized the prescription was wrong. The young man cut me off when I was speaking and asked for my date of birth. They asked the same thing when I was at the store and still got it wrong. He told me to bring it back and they will correct the prescription. No I apologize or im sorry for inconvenience. Im moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Avoid, employees seem like they don't want to be there or bothered, 9pm close, locked the doors @855 with people outside, not pleasant experience

Has been our home base store for at least 10+ years. Ali and Vlora are personable, professional and always on point - catching discrepancies from incoming practices that would be overlooked at most other pharmacies.(keeping patients safe).

I am a regular customer at this location and this afternoon I had the BEST customer service experience EVER! I was looking for a hard-to-find product and Ashley quickly noticed I was a bit befuddled. She asked if I needed help and promptly directed me to the product I needed. Not only was she helpful, but pleasant and kind and did it all with a smile. I am confident to say she actually enjoyed helping me. FIVE STARS TO ASHLEY!

The store itself is shabby and not particularly clean. The pharmacy (which is the only place around where I can get Ozempic filled) is slow, and difficult to get on the phone without a fairly long wait. I would never set foot in the place if I didn’t need the Ozempic. All my other pharmacy needs are filled by Preston Drugs in Boonton.
