BIG attitude problem with cashier Kaushik. He really pissed off my 81 year old veteran father. He had no one in line so we started loading out stuff onto his register. We're done loading when a woman out of nowhere behind us comes up and he pulls stuff out from below and starts scanning for her saying she just ran to get something. Is that why he didn't start scanning stuff when we were putting stuff down?
She then began to argue over two different black shirts she brought with her. We felt like walking out right there.
He kept saying she was here first but if she left and he suspended the transaction, he should have started a new transaction. That what a suspension is, right? It took about 5-10 minutes of this before she was checking out.
She was no where to be found and we fully unloaded our whole cart. He could have just scanned us, let us go and then dealt with her. Instead he just stood there starring at us, not helping, while giving a lot of attitude back about calming down. Rude and combative with my 81 year old father who was just trying to leave doing his weekly shopping. It ruined the rest of his day.
I'm going to use self-checkout only with him from now on to no longer deal with these types of employees
Retrain Kaushik ASAP!
Rest of the store is good. Found what we needed, just will only do self checkout only from now on to not piss my father off again

Nice store. Clean and the employees were helpful. To much product in the aisle. Very narrow, only enough room for one person.

It has that warehouse feel, not a department store feel. The pharmacy selections are plenty. I have a hard time with the food selection being so limited. I guess I need a Super Walmart.
The Pickup service is very good.
