“I started pure barre a couple months ago, after not working out for years (embarrassed to say decades), but after having my two babies I promised myself I would start working out for healthy reasons. I didn’t know what to do because I get social anxiety going to the gym so after doing my research I came across Pure Barre & I did the intro class—I decided to join RIGHT AWAY. I’m currently obsessed with pure barre, the vibe, the workouts, the after workout feeling, and to top it off they have the most amazing crowd and instructors (of course I have my fav..shout out to Brannagh for being the BEST). Don’t hesitate to join, I’m a beginner and I already feel so strong & so motivated to keep on going. I’m so happy I came across pure barre!”

“Excellent store, excellent customer service! Visited the Wayne store, had to make some returns from both online and in-store purchases. Joe in the customer service area was fantastic. Joe went above and beyond, had a great attitude and is a great ambassador of the Kohl’s brand. The others working behind the counter were also very congenial and efficient. They all seemed to enjoy working with each other..
The kicker was after I made my returns, I did some shopping and as I was approaching checkout, deciding whether to do self-checkout or not, Joe remembered my first name and called me over to quickly check out at his register.
As many other retail stores have abysmal customer service, this was a great shopping experience.”

The eclectic combination of clothing and accessories are artfully displayed and reflect a calming energy, UNLIKE the usual standalone stores with awkward staff and purchase pressure. AMAZING prices for NJ, both full and SALES! That said, the best part is Nancy — she’s absolutely fabulous with her eye for fashion and flattering designs for all body types! I quit browsing and deferred to her, without disappointment (walked away with quite a few new staple pieces for my wardrobe). Local ladies — make use of her talents before I snatch her up as my personal stylist ;-)”

“LOFT remains one of my go-to stores for stylish yet relaxed clothing, and I appreciate always finding my size. However, customer service is lacking—staff are aloof, rarely greet customers, and often leave the cash wrap unattended, requiring waits of over five minutes for assistance. The store does not take phone orders, and in-person visits are necessary to order online items if you want free shipping to your home. While purchases made in-store qualify for free shipping, price adjustments and returns/exchanges require bringing the receipt, though refunds should go back to the original payment method. Cleanliness is also an issue, with dust and debris noticeable in fitting rooms and on the floor. While I value the convenience of shopping in person, a more attentive and welcoming experience would make a big difference.”
“I always wondered what Macys Backstage was. They have some really nice dresses for women as well as cute clothes for kids. They had good sales going this weekend. Good value for your money. The service was good too. Check out this section of Macy's if you haven't already. I wish every Macys store had a Backstage section.”
