Super cute place. The boba was so good and refreshing! I got the watermelon with lemonade and kiwi boba. I love the cute seals that they use. Def have to come back to paint!

You have the wrong customer. I didn’t park In the front. We went to the pizzaria and parked in the front there which was NOT illegal and to far for you to see. No one brought it to us to the car. There was an adult with the kids and the rest of us came in right before you closed. We didn’t rant about any cards. Not sure where you are coming with this or if this a bot. But that is a complete lie.
The one who was working tonight took over 45 mins in making the bubble tea and had zero customer service skills. We come here almost every night. Also it seemed like she didn’t know how to make it either. Most of the ingredients were out too.
You mentioned there’s a lot of restaurants with one star. There’s only 2 others. Please don’t exaggerate
My sons come there every night and I’ve always had a good experience. I actually mentioned to the girl that the manager was very good and always takes care of us. I’m sure she didn’t mention that. But no I don’t usually do a one star unless we have been there and actually had an experience. So that statement is incorrect. You shouldn’t feel bad. It’s only a daily customer you lost. Almost Every night for the last 3 weeks they have been coming there. Instead of making it right with a customer you want to post about the employee who absolutely had not tried to make it right. And 45 mins is not an exaggeration. Maybe you should check the footage to see how long it actually took. Again not having a flavor is not the end of the world. It’s happened before but everyone has always been great and personally my boys like the place.

The service was amazing and the workers were so kind and helpful. My kids and I both had a great time! My kids loved their smoothies and the staff made the painting surprisingly (knowing my kids LOL) stress free and enjoyable. I will definitely return!

I dropped by this cute shop based on the high ratings and mostly positive reviews. I ordered the standard black milk boba tea and got a cup of murky “drink” made simply of iced water, some trace of black tea and milk, and boba. The lady assured me that the drink was right. A peppermint coca was also terrible and appeared to be hot milk with sugar.

Awesome place to hang with friends ❤️We’ve literally gone 4 times. Nice Sunday chill spot. The drinks are a DELICIOUS added bonus!10/10 recommend

I ordered on grub hub a black milk tea and a curly shirley. When it arrived it was just milk with bubbles in a cup. I was very disappointed because the curly shirley was good. Ashame that I got a black milk tea minus the tea.
