Caliber Collision is simply excellent! This was my second visit to their auto repair shop, and once again, they provided top-notch customer service. I was kept informed about the repair progress through text messages, which I really appreciated. Not only did they complete the repairs promptly, but they also finished ahead of the estimated pick-up time. The shop's proximity to a car rental place made the experience even more convenient. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their exceptional service and efficiency!"

Originally brought the car in from an accident and it was fixed within a week. After picking up the vehicle, there was problems with the car that wasn’t there prior to the accident, ie noisy cabin air filter (which was changed prior to the accident), steering problems while driving when it was not even windy out, and a huge crack in the front of the car which was not previously there when I dropped off the car. Apparently, the warranty doesn’t covers any additional work and I ended up paying more than $500 to get additional problems fix.
This place was highly recommended by the insurance company, but I would not “HIGHLY RECOMMEND” this auto shop!
If my car insurance covers the other auto shop I wanted to bring my car to, I would never have gone to this auto shop to begin with. I have been getting all this run around answers as to when I could pick up the vehicle. This place is so disorganized and dysfunctional!

The people working there are very nice. I just had my car fixed there and everything looks good. They guarantee their work for the life of my car. I had bird poop on the freshly painted hood and they fixed it right away.

The absolute worst customer service, and mechanics I have ever worked with. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! My car was side swiped and I brought it in to caliber just to get scratches off my passenger side doors, review mirror, and front bumper. After two weeks of my car sitting in there parking lot they got the work apparently “done” in one day. When I arrived at 8am to get my car, I realized they never touched up the front bumper or the rear view mirror and the door trim was nearly coming off already as there was separation. I then tried to address the things I wasn't satisfied about to the owner of the establishment, which he then started yelling at me, “The damages aren't part of the accident” screaming and spitting in my face that “We will not work on your car anymore” I was absolutely baffled, all because I wasn’t satisfied with the mechanics work he absolutely lost his temper. Then to top it all off I went to the enter my passenger side and the doors don't even open. I tried Lifting the door lock and pulling it open, nothing. From Inside and outside the door will not open. Then after entering my drivers side I came to learn the door panel had been ripped off! Tearing the leather. I then confronted him about my drivers door later and he said “we never entered the drivers side.” Thats odd because my mileage went up. Did you drive the car from the passenger side? Now Gieco is finishing the work caliber never completed. So If you want half fast work, rude employees and bosses, come on down to caliber collision in hamilton township NJ! (It may come up as Trenton in your phone)

The whole process was a breeze start to finish. This was our first time having an accident and using insurance and Shelby made it easy and kept us informed. She was extremely personable and very easy to work with.

I want to thank: Dan, Alicia, and Shelby for taking great care of my vehicle. I am recovering from serious health issues. Dan told me focus on myself and to let them focus on the vehicle. I had a long list of things I wanted them to work on. I was told what products needed for each job and how they were used, broke down pricing for each job, and more importantly to me explained why the work needed to be done. There was no surprise pricing. There are still honest and kind people in the business world. Thank you ?

Alicia and Sara were fantastic! Service was quick and very well done. Communication was also up to date each step of the way and they were super friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this place to others and would go with them again if I needed any other work done.
Came back a 2nd time to get my decal stuck on. Chris did a great job with it, explained a couple things, and was friendly. Always great service here!

I may not have had any work done on vehicle considering it was totalled, but when I went there to clean it out everyone was super nice about it and very helpful.
