Had an issue with online payment and Manager Ahmed Hadi took care of my payment issue. He set me up with autopay and answered all my questions with a smile. If Ahmed is any indication of how all your employees are then Extra Space Storage is all I will ever use for my storage needs.

Kyle and Ahmed were a delight to meet. They both were full of energy and very welcoming. Kyle was my representative for my storage needs and easy to talk to. He was very informative about the rental process. I liked how he listened and understood all my concerns. The whole process took no longer than about 15 minutes.
