I’d give zero stars if I could. Opened a new business account late March. Made our first deposit for $18,000 April 10. Check was drawn on a NJ bank two towns over. They still put a 9 day hold on all our funds. Was supposed to have the first $100 available the next business day but we are going on day 5 and still nothing is available. Spoke to branch manager and he was to call and find out why and call me back. Never called back yesterday and wouldn’t even take my call this morning made a poor worker deflect for him. Not to mention they talked us into opening two accounts and messed up linking our debit cards to the wrong account. Not to mention they still have my name backwards. I call the 800 number and am on hold for 30 minutes before someone picks up and just hangs up. Thought this was a more family and small business oriented bank but I was wrong. As soon as these funds are available I’m getting a bank check from them and closing our account. Biggest mistake of my life trying to use Fulton Bank. Customer service is a joke and the branch is a joke. Do not go here. Oh and when I told the branch manager that I really needed funds to be available on the 21st for an insurance payment that’s due he told me I could open a Fulton Bank credit card and receive it by then. So crazy to try and use my hardship to sell a credit card. Again do not use this branch.
Edit 1-So the response is to call the 800 number which I tried for hours yesterday with no one ever answering.
Edit 2-So I finally get a call back from the Vice President of Fulton Bank. They are holding every penny of our April 10 $18k deposit for 9 business days or until April 22. I asked him if there was a way to make $100 of the deposit available on the 7th business day instead of the 9th. $100. That’s it. He told me it was too big a risk for the bank to take that chance. Really a joke. If you are a small business just getting started avoid this bank at all costs.

I don't think there's a better bank. In new jersey, then fulton bank in bordentown.. I own a business in bordentown and have been with them for about twenty years, and they treat you like family at that bank.. You are definitely not a number..

I have been a customer of Fulton Bank, formerly, First Washington, then The Bank, since the late 80's. Hands down, the experience has never been less than excellent. The tellers and managers are genuinely interested in being fully accommodating. They fully appreciate their customers. The Bordentown office and Northfield office recently assisted with currency issues for a trip abroad we took. The fees were minimal as with other services. One never feels used by Fulton- try it!

I had a very friendly and informative teller named Jessica assist me in opening a checking account. She was able to set up my online banking account as well. She did excellent job of explaining the details and making sure my questions were answered.
