Michael’s energy in his classes is quite motivational and I feel like I need to work harder! All the coaches are great and the gym is super clean! As soon as I leave my class I’m looking forward to the next time that I’ll be back!”

621 US-130, Hamilton“I’ve tried exercise classes everywhere, including my local YMCA, martial arts dojos, a place called I Love Kickboxing (I don’t know if they’re still around), but I could never get myself motivated enough to continue going after the first week or two (begrudgingly).Since the COVID pandemic, I’ve been working from home so I’ve become very sedentary and decided that I need to do something more than just walk my dog. I saw an ad for CKO’s 16 week challenge and decided to go to the introductory meeting to hear how they’re going to be different. During the meeting, I heard things that other places promised to deliver like a “fun” experience and all that. I was still skeptical that I would continue, but I signed up anyway. I told the instructor and the others that were there, that I am motivated now, but there’s no guarantee that I would still be motivated next week and that I’m the type of person who needs somebody to come to my house and drag me to classes or threaten to steal my catalytic converter if I don’t go, because I’m so bad with committing to these things. One of the other prospective participants offered to scoop me up on the way to class but we lived in opposite directions, so it was all on me.I went to the first class and it was tough. I’m in my early 50s, overweight, and extremely out of shape, but I got through it and I loved it! I returned for a second class and enjoyed it as well! Third class was also very good/exhausting. I found that each instructor has their own style, but they all get you moving and keep you motivated throughout. Now, I’ve realized that the more classes I go to, the easier they get and the more excited I am to continue. It’s really very strange for me to feel this way about exercising because I’ve always hated it and always talked myself out of it, but something about the feeling of punching and kicking that bag is exhilarating! It’s exhausting for sure, but it’s great because they work out every part of your body. You’re not running around the perimeter of the gym to strengthen your legs and get your heart rate up, you’re boxing and kicking and standing in ways that make it more fun than just jogging or running. The stretching, planks and other activities strengthen your core and other muscles, so you truly get that whole body workout without getting bored!”

89 Makefield Rd suite 100, Morrisville“Training with Kal has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.Going on my 10th year at KPA, Coach Kal has been a crucial part of recovering from abdominal surgery, injury prevention, preparing for a collegiate & professional baseball season, and my overall health.Understanding each individual is different, Coach Kal goes well out of his way with passion to tailor a plan for each client. No one goes unnoticed. Being around KPA for some time, it is awesome to see the growth and watch Kal’s clients surpass their goals. He has worked assiduously with local athletes to exceed their goals of playing their respective sport at the NCAA level or higher (MLB & NFL players both current & alumni included, I’m sure I’m missing other sports) and the list is ever-growing. Tennis, bowling, soccer, gymnastics, body building, you name it, he will get you to the next level. If training comes up in conversation, my first and only recommendation is to train at KPA. Go see for yourself!”
“Love this gym and the trainers! They are all so friendly and nice and the workouts are fun but super challenging! I would never push myself to work this hard at any other gym.”

Add to that the wonderful camaraderie with the other students which pushes you to do better. The owner, Marianne is a fabulous instructor as are the other teachers and they work really hard to give us the best and varied classes. There is in-person as well as online classes for flexibility. You get so much for the cost that it is so worth it! Come join us!!”
“Great place!! A fabulous gym run by highly educated, highly effective trainers :) It's a great place to get in shape, hit YOUR personal goals, and honestly have FUN (never thought I'd say that about a gym!) Very reasonable pricing too - definitely check them out”
“I just realized I’m commenting from my husbands account but we LOVE this place! Mr. Kevin, Ms. Abby, and Ms. Sam are awesome! My son has so much fun coming here. He’s made so many friends and was the littlest in his class and only one not walking, that lasted about 2 weeks. We joined when he was 10.5 months. We’re 13 going on 14 months now and walking on balance beams, hanging and doing flips on bars with teachers help, forward rolls on cheese mats. There’s the giant air track the kids love to jump and bounce around on. The free play through the week is awesome, usually 2 and always 1 when I’m off and can take him for an extra day of fun with momma there! Poor dad needs a knee replacement but comes when he can. My son and I absolutely love this place. So clean, fun, and wonderful energetic staff! I highly recommend, we drive over 30 mins to come and it’s beyond worth it!”

153 Levittown Pkwy # 3, Levittown“The best gym environment ever! This gym is small, but has everything you need and more. I can’t say enough about it. The tanning beds have very strong bulbs and i’ve always had the best results from them, bathrooms are always kept very clean, all equipment works perfectly, and the staff are amazing. Being at this gym is very comforting especially when Jess is there! She is seriously the sweetest most genuine person i’ve ever met, and she works very hard for this gym. If you’re thinking about signing up for a gym this is the one for sure!!”

Bldg. 6053, Milleville Ave, Fort Dix“Not a review... but a question. I'm gonna probably get some interesting feedback, posting a question in the reviews section, but here we go... Is this gym available for non-military? I ask because from the looks of it, it appears to be on base and I'm not sure if they would offer services to non-military. Thank you for all that have, are and had served our beautiful country. God bless America.”
“Love this place. Came here to see my nephew compete in a ninja course. There was plenty of parking spaces. Plenty of bathroom stalls and a changing area that has a curtain for privacy. I love the lockers in there to. Very very convenient. Great spot for this activity !!”
“This place is the BEST. DJ keeps the workouts fresh and interesting and tailors everything to your specific goals. I've already learned so much while training here and I continue to learn each and every time I step inside the gym. Health and fitness has always been a struggle for me and I still have times when I fall off track but DJ is there to help you get back on your feet. I highly recommend!”
“Atmosphere is very motivating. Price is excellent and they don’t lock you into a contract! Switched here from NJAC. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles as far as basketball courts, etc. I just go to the gym to lift and this gym has good machines and everything else I need. Staff is also friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.”
“Dave is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. He is passionate about his profession and encouraging to his clients, even beginners, without being overbearing. I highly recommend his services to people at any experience level and age, with any body type.”

Every session is challenging, but enjoyable. I began PT with Gymkata in June/2017 and never looked back. They are an awesome team of professionals(Peter, Eric, Greg) who care about your success and progress. If you're looking for experienced trainers to help you reach your goals in a comfortable environment, Gymkata is that place!”
“Visiting from out of town and stopped in for a workout with family. Plenty of equipment and well designed floor plan. Employee working this morning was not only checking on the club, but actually cleaning equipment.”
5AM - 12AM
229 Plaza Blvd, Morrisville“Love this Planet Fitness! Spotless and the location is perfect. However it does have all the issues consistent with every and all PF’s Awesome and friendly staff but disengaged. Instead of commiserating in a purple patch behind the counter hit the floors and enforce the policies you post. No cellphone conversations yet there are. No bags on floor yet there are bags, No playing music from phones yet they do. Then you have the normal disrespect like playing on phones while your waiting in line for a machine. Clowns taking video of their workouts, not reracking weights, not cleaning their sweat after use ect.. But by far the most common and biggest issue for me which again has been consistent across every PF is the personal and improper use of the 30 min workout or 12 min ab section as their own personal gym and not following the circuit. I gave up every using them to avoid issues. The sign says “monitored by staff” but nothing about enforcement of policy.”
“New Member. Did a couple of Visits. 2 to the Gym over the Weekend. Older Fitness Equipment. Not Crowded. Left RWJ in Hamilton over that. Today I stopped at the Pool. 13 1/2Ft in one section. Made an Enjoyable Experience. 1 Per Lane. RWJ Hamilton 2-3 Adults per lane. Limited Hours for Pool. But a Reasonable Price.”
“Cleanest planet in NJ. I go to all of them and this one is by far the cleanest !! The staff are great and gym is very clean. They are cleaning a different machine eveytime I’m in there. A+++++++++++++”
“My butt started to itch after going to the pool. Doctor told me they need to cut off my butt cheeks. Overall, gym is great, pool is great, recommend 100%. thumbs up ??”
