Jon(John?) was in the store and gave me a lot of information on the product usage and since he had only one of the three that I wanted, he called around and found stores which carried the others. At Sherwin-Williams, the team went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, especially Casey. They took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find the perfect shade, and even explained their custom color matching options. The customer service was exceptional. We chose Emerald paint, and it looks amazing! We also love that it’s low VOC, making it a great choice for a nursery. While it’s more expensive, the quality of the paint and the outstanding customer care make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.”
