I have a few things to say first the manager from the appy department her name is Donna she is very rude & has a nasty attitude.. hope she not there for to much longer because I won’t go back there till she’s fired. & second the Human Resources wiley was also very rude when I was talking to him about how she was rude to me… my family or my friends will not go in there till there no longer in that store

I ordered from the catering department. It was wonderful. The sandwiches were delicious and the veggies and fruit were fresh! I would definitely order from them again.

There air has been broken on and off all summer. If you’re the owner fix the air once and for all. Your prices have tripled, and it can’t be good for the perishable stuff if it’s hot in the store! I also feel bad for the people who work there.

Giving 5 stars for Cesar the cashier. Their disposition, mannerism and friendly checkout service well exceeds 5 stars. Thank you for entertaining my baby while we were in line to checkout and giving us a positive shopping experience.

By far the worst experience ever! The cashier at lane #3 named Leu or Lew on April 29 around 5:45pm, he scanned my food and then he would throw it, after the third time I asked him not to throw my food, he told me that it doesn't hurt my food, and I let him know that I don't appreciate the food that I am paying for being thrown around he then proceeded to tell me a couple more times that it's not hurting my food. I told him it's not my fault that he is upset that he is working at shoprite he proceeded to ask me where I worked and I let him know and his response was that I also have a piece of sh_t job. I asked for a manager who took his side, and basically, I was wrong. I let them know that there are cameras that show how he was throwing my food so the packaging could break. He had me scan my soda boxes because he was too lazy to come around and scan them, gave me the scanning gun so that I could scan them. I left my food their and walked away. Both manager and cashier were very unprofessional and just stuck up for one another. The manager was okay with him throwing my food as if I was lying. They can keep their food, and I will keep my hard earned money. I wasted an hour of my time shopping just to be treated like I didn't matter, and my food could be thrown around because he was having a bad day or didn't want to be at work. I guess they know that they can get away with this behavior, and no one will do anything about it. I would never speak to someone the way he did or the way the manager did they teamed up on me. I will never visit another Saker Shoprite again .

Self-checkout, they are more interested in talking to one another than being any help. At least,
until today, where they interrupted me checking out 4 times, the same two people, to tell me I had to many items for self-checkout. Suddenly, they are so invested in doing their jobs that they came over, halfway through me doing a cashiers job, to tell me I had too many items for their 20 item self-check out. So, should I waste time cancel everything or would you like to just let me get done with my 23 items and get out of the way of other customers? This is about people stealing, which is why, with the change of self-check out going from 30 items to 20. ShopRite does not care about anything other than how much money these, stupid and ridiculous, waste of time self checks-outs, that put people out of work, is costing them. Well, newsflash, you put in self-check outs, put cashiers out of work and saved a bunch of money and now have to deal, the consequences. Now, you have 100 percent jump in retails theft . Your mistake, stop punishing costumers for it.

I work on the outside for the salvation army ringing the bell for donations some a children and there family can enjoy there Christmas ? and I shop there as well and I love this ShopRite and the quality of there products. Even the prices is good. And the people are so nice and the store is clean have so much to choose from.

Stay away from self checkout. They'll let you sit there when assistance in needed. Staff is to busy talking to each other. Then when you had enough of waiting and go to an attended checkout and leave the store. I got a phone call and someone accuse us of theft, really who needs that .I'll be shopping at Eickoff ShopRite in the future
