My husband was diagnosed with Leukemia and was very sick. He was unable to do much but called the gym to suspend our memberships as he was sick and I was the sole caretaker. He spoke to a woman who emailed him no problems we can do this for 6 months and then re-evaluate and assured him we would not be billed. The course of treatment has been rigorous and consumed all our time. I recently noticed I was getting billed and when I looked it up found I was getting billed all the time. I stopped by the gym in person and attempted to deal with the young lady at the desk but it was clear she could not help me. I asked for a manager and out comes Tammy Johnson. She was so rude and said that this would never have happened without a doctor note and was arguing with me. I then got my husband on the phone who said he had an email from a person at the gym. When he finally looked it up it was from none other then this Tammy Johnson who had been arguing with me. She never apologized for being so rude and argumentative but said my only choice was to cancel our memberships. I was so upset and teared up as this was not was I wanted but felt I had no choice. How unempathetic for a business who is supposed to be all about health. We have been members of this gym since before it opened having signed up in the very beginning. I am so disappointed and felt that this woman should never deal with the public. Furthermore there is no one you can contact to address this situation.

My 15 yr old was asked to come to the front desk twice. They accused him of not paying his bill. It turned out they did not charge my credit card. They made my kid and his cousin from Ireland feel terrible. The group of managers sitting at a table that sent some kid from the front desk to do his dirty work should be ashamed of themselves. Great facilities but horrendous service from the managers. Not the unfortunate kid at the front.

Very nice gym, with many amenities - just far too little floor space devoted to dumbbells/free weights. If you want to use the gym between 4-7pm monday-Friday, good luck if you want to try to use dumbbells/free weights. I’ve skipped going many days out of frustration not wanting to deal with the insane crowd. During real peak times, it’s actually a safety hazard. The rest of the gym is very nice though

Paid member for almost 2 years.First year paid for private swim lessons for my twins. When the teacher left they were never able to find a replacement OVER 1 year ago. They still can't get classes and they won't refund the paid classes either. Also, membership requires 30 days of cancelation, but you need to cancel before the 30 of the previous month. So if I cancel today 13th, I will be charged the full membership for October, meaning 47 days' notice NOT 30 days.It is an amazing place until ONE thing goes wrong.Military family, I used to tell all my family about this place, but right now I am going to use the same “advisement” to avoid this place at all costs.Signed: Current member who can't cancel my membership since I can't physically go to the gym.

I actually really like this gym and the people who work there (except the person who took my last phone call) but they simply rob you at the end of your membership. Before I continue, I get it "You signed the contract" but it's simply a case of common decency on their end. Who would write a contract that adds an extra month to your membership just to quit, Even when you are in a financial stress. The owner who is a multi millionaire has made millions more off our community and regularly shows up in a Lambo to work out but still needs an extra 75 bucks a month from people trying to make ends meet, it's disgusting. They go out their way to make things hard to quit and then comment "WELL YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT SORRY!"I quit last month because of finance problems and not only did they make me pay an extra month which you know fair enough It was in the contract but they also charged my another 45 dollars for yearly maintenance fees for a gym I won't be using then when I called a condescending lady on the other end tried to explain to me what a year was. Frustrating to say the least. This is a really well stock facility with some really nice people working there, but I hope they start to actually care about the people in the area they service and stop nickel and diming them with sneaky business practices.

Overall the facility is phenomenal. There are a lot of amenities to utilize. Very clean, amazing showers, friendly staff, fancy variety of machines, courts, free classes I can sign up for the day before or day of, free child care, etc. Unfortunately the hours are crazy, no matter what time I come during the day wether it be a couple of hours before closing or early in the afternoon I cannot get in a good workout. There are lots of machines but not a very big area for free weights. I try to go down to the field house in hopes of it being emptier there and it’s the same as inside the gym. It’s always very crowded and sometimes everything is taken and I can’t even get in a quick workout. Because of this I have grown very unmotivated to come to the gym. It’s a very popular gym and I can completely understand why. They are very accommodating especially for military members and veterans. I’m just unsure if I would want to keep a membership for a gym I can barely get a workout in, maybe if it was 24 hrs I would be willing to come in very late or early to get a workout in peace.

we show up for Basketball to only hear after 30 minutes of the staff being uninformed that the season was canceled. poor communication, poor customer service, & poor management.

I feel very comfortable at Team85. It's always clean, staff is great, and the members are respectable. I don't know another gym where you get everything included in your membership like this! Sauna, pool, field house. Definitely recommend to people

When you try to leave, they force you to pay an extra month's membership. Equipment is fine but it's usually so crowded you can't use half of what you'd want to. They offer free classes which are pretty good. It would be nice if they changed up the class schedule more to accommodate people who work normal hours. Overall, customer service is lacking and a it's bit over priced for a crowded gym.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, good luck canceling your membership, its easier to cancel your credit card. All they want is money and youll get hit with multiple "cancelation fees" along with being forced to pay an extra month when you quit. I also was charged twice after canceling "by mistake" and when I brought this up they required I bring a bank statment in to prove it and then canceled my father's account instead of mine.

This is the worst gym I have ever been apart of. I have been going here on and off for the past couple of years and every time I give them a chance I end up hating them even more. First of all, every single worker in there is rude. They will talk down to you if you ask them any sort of question. Second, dont try to cancel your membership because they literally will not let you no matter the circumstances. You would think a gym that labels itself as one that "cares about their guests" would be better. I generally would warn anyone about coming to this gym. Its a money grab and a scam.

Worst gym, actually fired my daughter. Doing a birthday party alone with 4 and 5 year old kids Mother and Grandmother kept complaining and interrupting her trying to do her job. Place doesn’t care about the employees fired her because they had to refund the money. Money grubbing owner.

Great gym! Generally this gym isn't too crowded at all, and there is plenty of space and machines. The staff and Edgar have always been very nice and welcoming to me. So far the best gym I've been to. Tons of classes and you get the pool and field house. The only downside is they have two cafes that are hardly ever open, and when the one is open, they only have protein type shakes to get (limited hours). It's ok, I'm only ever looking for a protein shake, but at $75 a month you think it would be staffed more often with their intended menue.

Nice facilities with many additional offerings, such as a pool, sauna, and many classes. My biggest drawback is how small the free-weight area is. For how huge this building is, they really squeezed the free weights and only mirrors into the smallest corner. I also hate how dark it is. They have all the equipment facing away from the sun.

I love this place. The courts are so well maintained. Great to see a larger gym really take care of itself.
