Terrible Bank of Princeton branch. Tellers are not pleasant and it’s because the Branch manger is cold and abrupt and has no customer service skills.

My card is constantly put on hold, marked as fraudulent, and i'm never notified. I spoke to the bank about it earlier this week, never received any reply or sign that they cared. Bank hours are horrible. Card doesn't work once again. My chip hasn't worked for months. Was told by the bank id get a new card with the same card number. They lied, now I have to manually update all of my autopays. On top of that, they told me my card would be in within a week and i would be called and notified. That never happened. This place has horrible service.

They increased my account’s minimum balance by $1,000 without notifying me. First time my account was below the new minimum, they charged a surprise “service fee” which they refuse to drop.
