Had an appointment for a passport for my 5 week old who was unfortunately not cooperating. The employees were so kind and helpful and made sure we got our passport taken care of. They went above and beyond to help us and it is so appreciated! Thank you bordentown postal workers!

I really want to say THANK YOU to Roby for all your help! I would have been completely stuck with out you. Its rare now a days to get stellar service anywhere but Roby was beyond excellent and guided us through the whole process of getting my sons passport completed. He really didnt have to go above and beyond that way so my son and I are beyond grateful. The US post office is extremely lucky to have him!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Bordentown post office. I called early in the morning (8:09am) to have an extremely important package hold there for pick up. The gentleman who answered the phone, looked up the package and said ‘hold on’. He never came back to the phone again. I heard him in the background talking, laughing and cursing with someone else. I was on hold for 10 minutes so I hanged up. After a while, I started to call back without any success of someone answering the phone. It was so rude and unprofessional leaving me hanging. Terrible customer service

This post office was one of the worst post office. I’ve been to very unprofessional on the website. They state that they have walk-in appointments between 230 and 330 for passports. I get there with my minor child. The lady in the back comes up and tells me we’re not taking any walk-ins Her name Kathy. Very unprofessional if you’re not taking walk-in appointments, you guys should state that on the site that you have to make an appointment I felt stereotype and humiliated as they were taking another set of customers. Who walked in to get passports done as well. I drove 30 minutes to get there. Kathy look like she could care less very unbothered. No empathy no solution. No, let’s see what we can do nothing I asked for a supervisor she told me he’s out in the field just unprofessional. I will never return to this post office… it really looks like they pick and choose who they want to help this is why I felt very stereotyped going in there.

Worst post office experience. Sent a priority express envelope to a friend that required a signature. He wasn’t home when it was delivered. When he went to this post office to pick it up, according to the date on the slip, they couldn’t find it! He tried to request a redeliver, but it said one had already been requested. On my end, it has a reminder to request a redeliver, or it will be returned to sender. The 1-800 number said it can’t be redelivered for multiple factors.
It took three times at different hours to finally get someone to pick up. I let him know what the issue was, and he verified that the envelope was right where it should be for pickup. He (I think his name was Rick?) mentioned they have a fill-in clerk, but the other clerk should have definitely known where to look. He assured me it’s there, that both clerks will know exactly where it will be when my friend goes to pickup again.

Horrible customer service. The appointment summary says they do passport photos at their location. Get a call 2 days before my appointment telling me I need my passport photo taken somewhere else before I go for my appointment. Not a huge deal.
Tried calling them back, a woman says "Hello", I say hello and explain my question, and instantly hung up on. Now I can't get a hold of them, and the main office doesn't seem to be open today, so my appointment is basically cancelled.

expecting a delivery today to see my package was returned due to wrong address provided that was not a wrong address…. Tried calling several times to see if I can pickup my package. They don’t answer their phones.

In my town of Roebling nj we just experienced a fill in mail carrier that sped past my disabled daughters bus with its red lights on and argued with the bus driver saying he’s a federal employee and doesn’t have to abide by that law! I then go to the post master and he was too busy to speak with me. I call and call and no answer! US government at its best!
