“I’m new to the area and hadn’t had a chance to research veterinarians yet, since I wasn’t expecting to need one right away. But when I needed an appointment quickly, Old York was able to see me right away, and I’m so grateful. I met with Dr. Costantino, and she was wonderful, very knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to talk with me in a way that felt comfortable and down to earth, and it was clear how much she cared about my pet. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident in the care we received.
I’ll admit, when I first looked up reviews while trying to find a vet on short notice, I almost passed this clinic by because some of the recent reviews were mixed. It seemed like a previous doctor had left, and a few unhappy patients may have left negative feedback as a result. Since I was in a bind, I decided to give it a chance anyway and I’m so glad I did because my experience was completely positive. The staff was friendly, scheduling was easy, and the care was excellent. After this visit, I know we’ve found a new home for our pets with Dr. Costantino and this clinic.
I don’t leave many reviews, but I wanted to share this in case anyone else is in the same position I was. Don’t let a few Kranky Karens scare you away like I would have. This place was great, and I highly recommend them ?”
“All of the staff were as sweet as can be, they treated me and my cat with so much care! It was my first appointment with them and they made me feel so welcome. They offered food and toy recommendations for me since I'm new to owning a cat and gave me advice that answered every question I had. This is such an amazing place and it's so clear that each and every person hired there loves what they do!!”

“I adopted my 6th cat (Yes, I know) from ACCT Philly. He had a few things that needed to be checked out.
I recently moved to a neighborhood across the street from Woodbourne Veterinary hospital. When a co-worker came to visit me at my new house she remarked that that was her vet and she really liked them.
When I knew I was going to pick up a new cat I called and made an appointment first of all they got me in in less than 48 hours. I called Monday late afternoon and got an appointment for Wednesday morning.
I took Charlie, my new 9-year-old cat to the Woodbourne Veterinary Hospital. Charlie had a full examination including of his teeth. I asked if he be tested for feline leukemia so they do blood and did that. He was negative. But I asked that he be vaccinated because sometimes my other cats escape with my dog so just in case he got out...
So Charlie had a full examination a blood test for feline leukemia and the vaccination and I paid $99!!!!!!! I had to give a $35 deposit when I made the appointment. This is only for brand new patients. But it applied to the care. And I was billed 65 on the day of the appointment.
I cannot believe how economical it was.! The doctor was great! So kind and friendly, yet thorough and he even suggested I could wait a year, and save some money, because his teeth weren't as bad as I thought!
I have been taking all of my pets to a local non-profit low cost clinic for their care. And I absolutely love that place. But now that I've moved I'm further away. I will be taking all of my five other pets to the Woodbourne Veterinary Hospital!
When we got home Charlie was pooped. But I was glad to know that he was in pretty good health! And fully vaccinated against any dangers.”
“I was referred to Foxmoor by two friends who were very satisfied with the care their dogs have gotten here. I was happy I made the choice to take my Mastiff pup to Foxmoor. The staff is wonderful and full of love for animals which is obvious from the time I stepped into the office. Dr.Ashmore is very thorough in his exams and all the techs are happy to answer any questions.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this vet’s office. My cat is usually very aggressive during vet visits, which always makes me anxious, but the entire team handled the situation with so much patience and care. The staff truly took their time with him, never rushing, and even provided treats to help keep him calm and comfortable throughout the visit.
On top of that, after I was scratched by my cat, the vet techs and receptionist immediately stepped in to provide me with first aid care. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful, making sure I was okay while still keeping my cat’s needs a priority.
It’s clear this office genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. Their compassion, professionalism, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend them to anyone—especially pet parents with anxious or reactive animals.”

The employees have been extremely kind and patient towards our rescue, from the desk employees to the vet; she never cried once and all staff gave precise and complete information.
The vet also noticed her ear and gave an explanation, that several vets before him (2 vet at different veterinary ERs and 3 local vets) have NEVER noticed. This says a lot.

“My cat was terrified of the crate and I was very emotional seeing him so scared. I went in there a mess because of it and the staff and vet were very kind and gentle with our boy, and me! The vet came out to the car to look at him first when I told him I was scared to bring him in, and they gave us a delectables treat to give him when we left. I’d definitely recommend especially if you’re nervous about your cats first time at the vet.”
“Another place where the crowd might come a little harsh with the reviews! Our precious cat Alfie was all out of food due to a delay on shopping with a leading online pet food merchant, which necessitated this trip to Petco. Unlike another chain that starts with "Pet," Petco had Alfie's food of choice in stock! We also are trying a couple cans of new food that may be a bit healthier for him. He's an indoor cat after all and not immune from the quarantine 15. It was easy to pick out everything online and pay. Nikki named me as someone authorized to pick up the goods, so I swung by this morning and was in and out in 2 minutes. Almost felt like an illicit transaction in a movie or something because it was so smooth and the product was nicely bagged. If the leading merchant doesn't get its act together, we will probably be back here to Petco!”
“Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to make an appointment. The tech was just wonderful. She brought us into the room and took all our info. She listened to our concerns and was very helpful and welcoming to our dog. The doctor was exceptional. She explained everything in great detail and gave us options for care. Everyone spent time and gave us a lot of valuable info on our dogs' treatment and care. I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but this place was exceptional over the top. They were recommended to us and I'm going to recommend them to you. Very pleasant experience and wonderful, caring people.”

“Dr. Skolnick is always pleasant and wants to be sure our dog, Tukker, is healthy. Tukker is not always as nice with her, as he does not tolerate well the necessary sticking and prodding of veterinary care. This means extra charges for special care when he gets his vaccines and full physical, but it is of course worth it. His latest was a wellness visit for a plane trip with none of that business. So Tukker was happy but alert, and the visit went well.”
