I called this branch as a non depositor, they are not my bank, to ask about a credit card withdrawal, and the employee was friendly and helpful. Now, I am thinking about opening a checking account there.

This is my first business account in the United States. This is the second one I came to because the experience of the first one was very bad. But alecia's service is really perfect. There were some small problems in the process, but the appearance of manager sakiyhh reversed all this. A very comfortable experience
