I've been with WF since they took over Wachovia. The Staff is always friendly, kind and accommodating. The major problem was the update on the app, affected my auto pays. They admitted it. Agreed to compensate any late fees. Otherwise loyal customer here

If i could give zero stars i would. Rude. Slow. Inconsiderate. And their banking apps are the worst in the business. Put your money elsewhere. And the branch manager is indifferent to their terrible service. She sets the tone for a poorly run operation. I am closing my account there and will advise everyone who will listen to do the same.

The Bordentown branch has awesome employee's! Millie (Head Teller) Fernanda, Matthew, Vasu and Aisha, they are all wonderful people. They always greet you with a smile and I appreciate that! I hope I didn't leave an employee out of my review! Millie is wonderful and her staff are top-notch! (Penny)

The bank manager Sakiyah is prejudice. Also, try closing and cashing your money out in this bank, your own hard earned money and the manager will give you a hard time getting, politeness is not even there at all for a public service job, not one bit. It maybe circumstantial depending on your race or color.

I have been using this branch and have found the tellers to be very friendly and helpful. They do use your debit card for identification but will use your drivers license if you don't have a debit card. They aren't the only bank that asks for a debit card for ID. Asking for ID is for our protection.

This is absolutely the worst wells Fargo I've ever been too. Absolutely unprofessional. Me and my family have been banking at wells Fargo for over 40 years never in my life have I been treated with such disgust. I don't recommended this branch to my worst enemy

Me as a truck driver in this pandemic situation that we are facing in key for me to access my founds and keep rolling to keep the economy going this branch did not meet the espectations in what the bank offers in costumer servive they were very rude im 2000 miles plus from home and in a big truck when i acces a bank i want to get my things done like my money not borrowed money my money i trust this bank so i can acces it anytime is needed to keep rolling this bank was very rude and not professional at all thinking seriously taking my buisness somewhere it would be apreciated

I tried to open a business account and never received a call back. I stopped by the back and the bank manager said she would call me the next day. I still hadn't received a call. This branch seems like they are short staff and overwhelmed.

They never answer their phones. I have tried calling three days in a row without a single person answering. I had to switch branches and it really makes me miss my old branch.

Why is it so difficult whenever I need something that is only possible by speaking with an individual who works inside this branch is it impossible to reach anyone. Every time I try to reach someone, no one ever picks up the phone. The employees are not allowed to communicate via email which makes things even more difficult. When will Wells Fargo make the needed changes to permit employees to engage with customers who do not have the time to drive to the branch -- ESPECIALLY when appointments are required for interactions.
