My car battery suddenly died on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm. Auto Zone Bound Brook not only had the battery I needed, but helped install it! C.T. surmounted one obstacle after another, "Easy-Peazy", and with his most excellent service we were back on the road by 9:15, less than an hour after pulling into the parking lot. Thank you Laura and C.T., you are life-savers!

Was helped getting the best wiper blades and liquid cleaner by Jordin. He showed me how to replace my wipers and added the liquid cleaner for me as well. He was very helpful thank you!

Just wanted to share my positive experience I had at this store. I had to return to the store after having purchased the incorrect style of wiper blades. The staff was helpful in finding me the correct fit, installing them, and made the process of return and repurchase quick and painless. Thank you Alyssandra and Rafael!

If your of color avoid this place you will experience racism even if you are polite and patiently waiting for help in line. I was the only one at the counter. The employees stood in my face talking. As I waited they picked up the phone. And kept looking at me as if they didn’t care. A white guy came up to the counter and they immediately helped him

My older Maxima had battery issues after my transmission had to be replaced, came to autozone since it had a warranty and Alejandro was helpful enough to replace it quickly . Good service brings customer back for all their car needs. Recommend these guys.
