So far so good! Be aware it’s not 24/7 access to your unit. I appreciated the set up for the unit. I did everything online and didn’t have to meet any staff to get started.
Once you sign up for your unit, you can download their app for your gate code, and they also have remote opening features on the app. You get to your unit and it’s shut, but unblocked. You open it and right there is a little welcome bag with your lock.
During the day the front desk staff would help me locate trolleys, they were kind.
My only complaint is the unit was dusty,, or maybe it’s not dust it’s almost like sediment? Hard to tell, it wasn’t over the top by any means, just noticeable enough when plopped a box down, the feedback from dust /debris was noticeable. Other than that, I was nearly given a heart attack as a tic tac sized spider was rappelling down towards my head. Nothing a little squeal and shadow boxing can’t fix. Nearly tweaked my neck doing so
ALL THAT TO SAY. this spot feels like a 10/10. The smoothness of the process is hard to beat
FIX THE LITTLE PEACE OF YELLOW CEMENT PLEASE , the lil ramp by sliding door 1. That NEEDS to be fixed. It’s a tripping hazard/liability. Thank you to the front desk staff for being kind and helpful, their energy was relaxed and professional. Can’t ask for much more.

I never write reviews, but felt I had to for this. I used this storage location for about 4 years and let me tell you the customer service at this location goes above and beyond! Manager Joalitza does everything to ensure you get great service and care both towards her clients as well as their belongings. Her knowledge and compassion for storing your life’s belongings makes this post easy. CubeSmart is lucky to have her and I was lucky I used this location!

My experience getting a unit and getting moved in was fantastic. Jalitza and Kimora were great. The process was seamless and they both showed care and concern for the customer (me). Definitely assets to CubeSmart. Highly recommended for the Bound Brook location. 👍🏾

Great clean climate controlled unit. Pricing gets much higher once the initial discounted period is over. Does not value long term Clients Only looking how to attract new ones

CubeSmart's Bound Brook NJ location is a nearly new storage facility (only 3 years old). The two women managing the location are very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the whole rental process a breeze, and gave us a tour of the building and our rental unit before we signed the rental agreement. The building is very clean and easy to reach, and their price for a 7' x 10' unit offered a great value for our rental needs. The building interior is both climate and pest controlled, and provides easy access to our unit via key-pad building access and super-fast freight elevators.
