Fraudulent business. Sold me a lamp that turned out to be broken when taken home and tried. Tried to return but told no refunds and that I needed to “try it before purchase in the store” (employees will not tell you this. We had no notice of that before purchase). It came without a light bulb so there was no way to try it in the store. Why is the customer expected to see if it works before the employees put it on the shelf for sale?
Staff were abysmal and unhelpful. They all speak like they’ve never seen another person before.

I've recently gone from size 14-16 to size 4 and had no work clothes. I know have a wardrobe of name brand clothes most with tags for under $80. I have jackets, blouses, dresses, work pants... Banana Republic... White House/Black Market...on and on. I would NEVER be able to afford those clothes at the actual store 😍

The items are overpriced. You can find the same junk at the dollar store for half the price. The clothes are also overpriced, so I buy the discounted color of the day items. The staff are hit or miss. The young men at the register are very pleasant and nice. The older women tending to the racks can be rude and abrasive. I had one recently push me out of the way to put clothing back. When I mentioned that it was rude, she freaked out and called me a racial slur (she was black, I am white). Really unprofessional and unbelievable behavior.

Definitely pricier than other thrift shops, but I would always go because I heard they hired workers with disabilities and thought it was a good business to support. Recently noticed one of the workers no longer at the store-- an absolute sweet kid so I asked a worker about it and they said that management had taken over and fired all their workers with disabilities :( so its just not a franchise or location that I will ever shop at or support again, absolutely heartless.

The employees here are very ill-mannered. Especially the ladies. I had a sweet gentleman helping me out and he went to ask 2 other ladies for further assistance and they were SO rude to him. A young lady with a mask on said to him “you’ve been working here how long now and why are you asking me that” I can’t believe they were treating him like that right in front of my face. His name is Anthony and he was extremely helpful and just sweet it hurt my heart to hear them speak to him in such a degrading manner. Do better as human beings please, customer service is not their strong point at all. Won’t be coming back to this location it was my first time and the worst experience.

I am not sure if this is a FOR PROFIT store. The prices seem high to me for a GOODWILL store. I've only gone here a few times and the quality of the items seemed like yardsale stuff at high prices. I can't comment on the clothes because I don't take the time to look thru them. The store is neat and the sales personnel seem nice and cordial. There is plenty of parking.

The staff were gossiping about a customer out loud on the floor! I understand something happen where a lady lost her daughter at the store but when you go shopping, as a customer are trying to relax and have a nice shopping experience. The “talking” didn't stop for more than 15/20 min. Also, the clothes are “by color” not size, what makes it hard to shop because you have to touch every piece to find your size. It could be by color but within the size. For ex; all large together and then if you want it by color I understand. Never seen a store like this.
