I did laundry recently at night on a sunday here, i dont think the machines are maintained clean , 100 percent dont think they are because i washed my clothes in the little washer and it came out smelling like sewer water, the big one as well. There was one that didnt leave my clothes smelling like sewer water. Please dont say its becauae clothes smell bad. Ive been here so many times and this has never happened. Most of the machines are out of order and i notice the machines dont use enough water/ wash well. This laundromat needs to be fixed/upgraded. I also have to waste alot of time on the dryer for it to dry my clothes well. I wasnt the only one in the laundromat wondering why my clothes smelled like sewer water. I saw another guy complain about it too. Please fix this

The lady who works there is extremely rude. I arrived at 9:15 p.m., two full hours before the laundromat closes, and she still refused to let me put my clothes in. According to her, the “last wash” was at 9:00, even though the posted hours clearly say they close at 11:00 p.m.
It’s unacceptable that they stop working two hours early just because they “already cleaned.”
They should hire staff who actually respect the business hours and don’t treat customers with such a terrible attitude.

I’ve only been here once cause my dryer broke and the lady here im guessing was the owner was pretty cool and sweet came in to wash a load and gave me free soap and softener and since its been forever since I used one she explained and was nice

This is my second visit to the laundromat center and both visits were great. The woman who was working was extremely helpful any time I asked a question. The place is very clean and there are plenty of machines of all sizes. Best of all, you don’t need to bring quarters. You just purchase a card and then put money on it which gets deducted by the washers and dryers.

Best laundry mat in bound Brook right next door to ShopRite, affordable, the old lady staff is not always nice but the rest of the staff are lovely

So yesterday 12/11/23 i went to laundry with my friend. We had about 8 bags of laundry. We finished and we had a driver come pick us up. He was bring the carts with the bags to the front of the door and out and he put the cards to the side of the door and i was then handing him the other carts. The driver was also helping. I also went to take a bag out of the cart and i pushed the cart up to the washer to stay there. The lady in the black bun and glasses starts raising her voice and tell me “no no no dejas los carritos ahi, se van pa adelante” somewhere along those lines. She was saying no no no i dont want you to leave the carts there, but it was in a rude voice. Idk how old the lady thinks i am to be talking to me like some kid. I was shocked too because ive come to this laundrymat for years and ive never had a problem with her. Shes always been friendly. I didnt know leaving the carts near the door was becoming an issue. And i say near not in front like on the side of the door. So then my friend keeps getting the bags and he puts one cart on the side of the door so i grab it and another cart and i was going to put the carts up ahead because of what the lady said the first time. But another costumer was walking in my direction trying to exit so i pushed the carts to my right side and stood by them to let her pass. The lady that works there then yells at me and tell me again that she told me already that she didnt want them there. I got mad and told her not to talk to me like that, and i even told her that i was going to put them away correctly but that the costumer was leaving the store so i put them on the side next to me, i told her that i wasnt going to leave them because i was litteratly right by them i didnt leave the spot i was just moving out of the way for the costumer. She kept saying the same thing and even said that bc of me leaving the carts that the lady couldnt get by and thats why she doesnt want the carts near the door. But i explained to her again that i wasnt leaving them there i just moved aside with the carts so the costumer could get by. My friend witnessed it when he saw me talk back to her as he was getting the bags. And he told me to calm down. But i told him no because i dont know who she think she is to be talking to me like that when i didnt do anything that she said the second time around and that she shouldnt be talking to costumers like that. She raised her voice at me. I dont let anyone step on me, i honestly dont know what got her so mad that she had to be mean about raising her voice about the issue the first time and now the second time again. Like i already heard her the first time.

I haven't been to a laundromat in a long time. My washing machine had broken, so I visited the Laundromat Center. My first impression was how clean the store and the machines were. Rosa was so helpful in getting me set up with a card, and showing me how to use the machines. I was so grateful for her smile and help.

Been coming here for years . Pretty nice laundromat .They open as early as 6 am . The machines are just weirdly priced but they seem to be pretty good machines .

Im new to the area and my neighbor recommended me this laundromat. First impression walking in was how clean everything was. Than I was greeted with the nicest employee who went the extra mile to explain everything to me. I can back another time to try their Wash and Fold service. OMG ! I will never be doing my own laundry again !! They did an amazing job. Folded perfectly and smelling amazing ! Thank you so much Laundromat Center!

Was great I dropped off my laundry and it was all clean folded nice and smelling good .. even shirts put on hangers great service and nice place highly recommended… Rosa was very nice

I got here at 930 and was told I couldn’t wash. Apparently last washes are at 9 pm. Hours should be update. Drove all the way here for no reason. 11 should be removed from closing hours
