“There two (at least) of these check cashing centers - one in Phillipsburg, one in Somerville. Both are excellent. They make it easy to cash checks and pay monthly bills. The one in Phillipsburg offers tax return services. At one time I think they were the same owner - not sure now. Both are the best of the check cashing business. To protect you, they only cash checks as permitted within the law, so don't get mad if they refuse you.
