Horrible service, waiting 20 minutes on cashier to be rung out of my stuff because personel is on the phone and not attending customers. Atleast turn on the self check out so people can check themselves out

You have to wait minimum 5 minutes for someone to come to the register.
I only always order two sandwiches from here which is tuna plain ( they literally slap a thin layer less then half of tuna can, you can buy a whole can of tuna and a bread roll for $2.00 bucks top. Have yourself 4 times the sandwich) $5.99 sandwich. Then the Italian sub ( throw it right in the trash. Not worth the stomach ache.) Garbage. Soda from the fountain taste flat. Let's not forget. . Absolutely EVERYONE here walks around like 1. They hate the position and place of employment. 2. They ALL have an attitude problem. Zero stars wasn't an option.

Used to enjoy coming here but now the place is going down….in 3 occasions my Gf and I ordered ans those times the food came cold when it was supposed to be hot….an egg and cheese with meat sandwich and the egg was cold like if you microwaved and other times coffee was out and ask and they took so long to bring a batch out and it was a slow night

The girl who prepares the sandwiches and drinks on Saturday nights provides terrible service. I order a HOT coffee and it is served cold. When you complain, he is offended and assumes that he receives a cold HOT coffee. It must be because I interrupted his conversation on his cell phone that he got upset. If you don't like the job you shouldn't be there.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber, And the little Polish kid the one that’s always on his phone not paying attention on what he is doing . Well yeah me made my two chicken sandwiches with NO CHICKEN ?!!?? I guess he is too busy talking on his phone all the time . I refuse to let him make me another sandwich again !

QuickChek on Bound Brook is your typical convenience store with a few perks. They have a decent selection of snacks, drinks, and other essentials you might need in a pinch. The deli counter is a nice touch, offering fresh sandwiches and deli meats made to order. Plus, their brewed coffee selection is a welcome stop for a quick pick-me-up.Now, for the reasons it's not a five-star experience. The parking lot is a nightmare. It's small and constantly crowded, making it a hassle to grab a spot. The staff can be inconsistent - sometimes friendly and helpful, other times not so much.The store itself is reasonably clean, and the bathrooms are decent, though nothing to write home about. One thing I'm not a fan of is the push towards self-checkout. While it can be faster sometimes, I miss the personal interaction with a cashier.Overall, QuickChek is a convenient option for grabbing essentials or a quick bite. Just be prepared to potentially fight for parking and deal with a staff that can be hit-or-miss. For a hassle-free experience, it might not be your best bet, but in a pinch, it gets the job done.
