I will never Shop anywhere else. Ramit was amazing, thoroughly reviewed our account and found bogus subscriptions we didn't know existed. The best Verizon service technicians that today is hard to com by. Tell them Lilly sent you.

The rep., Sunny, was the best rep. I’ve ever had to deal with. He educated me and my fiancé on all of our options and took his time explaining things to us. He made us feel welcomed and made sure our plan was tailor-made to us. He explained all of our discount options and made sure we were taking advantage of them. Will never go to a different Verizon store!

This has been the best experience I’ve had at any Verizon store and I’ve been a customer since 2001. Went in for an upgrade and Sunny and Ramit were very helpful. They helped make the best choice for what I needed without pushing on any extras. There was no pressure, just information and guidance for me to make the decision for myself. They helped set up my new phone with no issues. I will be using this location from now on for anything I need from Verizon

I had such a great experience at the Verizon store today thanks to Ramit! She was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain all of my options clearly, helped me pick the best plan for my needs, and made sure my phone was set up before I left

I had an incredible experience at this Verizon location. The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable and patient while helping me set up my phone. They made sure everything was working perfectly before I left and explained every step clearly. It’s rare to find customer service this professional and helpful these days. Sunny greeted me immediately upon entering the store. I needed a new device since my previous one was stolen. Sunny listened to my concerns and was able to work out a way for me to get a new phone without a trade in. He spent extra time going over my options and plan, to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. I was positive that all the info from my previous device would be lost, but i was extremely happy to find that much of my info transferred to my new phone even after such a long time. Sunny was most helpful and considerate. He is the Man!
