I would have given 5 stars but the young man who works the passenger side can not stay off his cell phone long enough to do a good job I'm a member and go all most every day being a Uber driver I like to keep my car looking good passenger love a clean vehicle

This was my second time going here for a car wash and I was disappointed both times. I purchased the top package, "the best" There is still dirt all over my car, I can not see a difference from before and after. I did appreciate the free vacuum and kit they give you. Waste of $20.

Great crew and amazing drying system using a combo of air and huge felt roller. Vacuum is free during the week but on weekends, remember to grab the vacuum coin that gives you 6 minutes. Very cool heated base that allow for handwashing and vacuum. In case you’re not into the automated style of car wash. They used to have a deal where if you showed up early the car wash was $5 but inflation knocked out that feature lol…

Usually not bad, but recently, I've been getting the "best" option. The last two times I don't know what happened, but it didn't get fully dry or maybe missed the final wash as my white car came out streaked with pink liquid. I didn't have a towel in the car, so I had to wait to get home. By then, it was dried on and not able to be wiped away. Ended up having to just wash it again myself. Wastebof time / money.

The tunnel car wash is a bit old and I usually don’t have problems with it, but this time around it scratched my car when it went through the cycle of washing and put some type of film that won’t get off and took the paint off my car. Just minor paint off and a huge scratch on the roof. I would recommend to just use their Car Wash in the back and not the tunnel if you have a new car. Better to wash your car yourself anyway.

Just spent $16 to still have bird crap all over my car. Wish you could tip after seeing the finished product. Other places that is the case AND you can get the whole car done inside and out with people drying it off at the end for the same price minus the bird crap. All in all, it's pretty much what you'd expect from an automatic car wash. Probably the better one in the area too unfortunately.

Trash my advice is that whoever have a membership there to check there bank statements your being charged the regular fee and a 18 dollar fee as well! I've pulled up in person and all I got was a run around so I had to call my bank to stop any recurring charges! Don't do any business with them I'm owed 3 back payments for 18 dollars an change I'm done!!!
