“It's right there in the name; Bradley Car CARE... And this place DOES!!You walk in and immediately get a feel of family (not mine, but the kind you see on tv ?) Theresa up front was so sweet and accommodating with my work schedule, an absolute pleasure to talk with as Chuck was looking at my truck. Both him and Dean were phenomenal- very thorough in addressing the issues and concerns I had, and both made me feel very comfortable with the next steps I need to take to keep my girl running smoothly. A place with extremely competitive prices, an absolute phenomenal staff, and all around impeccable service, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take their vehicle in. And if your not that vehicle savvy, like myself, you can trust their intentions are for YOUR satisfaction, never cutting corners or upselling to try and make a buck. “I traveled here from Brick Township. There are no hidden fees. The car is done within a day or two. I work on my car myself but there was a malfunction with the car where the whole engine system was malfunctioning and I had a problem starting the car. It was fixed within two days of. First day dropped off and the next day I picked it up. Plus my sway bars where also replaced. Best experience always!!!”

“Darryl and his crew are nothing but the best! I’ve gone to him for alignments 3 times over the years as he came recommended by other respected mechanics. He’s always great. On my most recent visit I had a small problem after I left. I returned the next business day after the weekend. Without a question Darryl first scheduled me to drop off my truck the next day but still wanted to take a look himself with about an hour left in the workday. The issue was located and resolved in less than an hour and my truck re-aligned. Bottom line I always have recommended him and always will. “Stopped by today to have a screw in my tire removed, and the service was tremendous. The gentlemen working there were outstanding, and not only removed the screw but checked the other tires' pressures to make sure they were safe. Best of all, they didn't charge me for the service. Shows there are really good guys out there who care about what they do, and this shop is a prime example. I would go to these guys any chance I had a tire problem every time. 10/10”

“I've been coming here just for oil changes but they noticed my front brakes needed to be fixed and they even asked me and my boyfriend to look at it and they showed us exactly what was wrong. “So I have waited to see the end result but after 1000 miles I have to say that the quality of workmanship is beyond reproach. I have a Ford Diesel with 250000 miles and had a catastrophic engine failure. I was recommended to Rays from another mechanic in town because they would not touch the job. I sat down with Ray and he outlined my options and costs along with his recommendations, man this guy knows diesels. After discussion, we decided to change the entire engine which was the best return on investment. Once the engine arrived Ray and Hunter worked the issue and got me back on the road. No issues noted and have 1000 miles I am going strong. Hats off to Christine at the front desk for coordinating the whole thing!! It turned out to be a GREAT first experience with this shop, I think I have found the elusive Honest Mechanic! Thanks Ray and Team!!”

“My wife and I came to Point Pleasant for the day to ride bicycles. I had a problem with my power steering and could not drive my car. I called Cole at Point Pleasant service center and he told me that he could take care of me. I ended up needing a new power steering pump and he immediately called for part and said that he could put it in today. We cannot thank them enough for saving 2 seniors that were stranded in Point Pleasant 70 miles from home. I highly recommend to use them, very professional and is professional and polite.”

“I’m going to be completely honest anytime I used anyone else but these guys out of convenience because I live far away from their location I 100% regret it and have to pay for it. Literally. Do yourself a favor and take the trip you’ll save in the long run. I know for a fact that when I drop my car off it’s getting fixed and I’ll have no issues going forward. Any other place I’ve gone to has been nothing but a bad experience where I get ripped off or have to pay for a job that never fixed my car. These guys you will never have to worry about it. You bring your car there and it gets fixed. I’ll be seeing them this week because unfortunately I had to learn this lesson again and it was an expensive lesson. I will only use these guys for now on even if I move out of state.”

“I would like to give 10 stars if I could. Matt's shop truly saved my family from being stranded in NJ on Monday night with my family of 5 and mom. We called at 5pm stating what was wrong with my car after finding out there was no oil in it. They stated they would look at it but not guarantee. When we got there they quickly put it in the garage and started working on it. They stayed after closing just to fix it. They are great people got us home and van is running great now.
