“I will say as a business owner myself, it IS NOT EASY to have a 5 star rating on Google, and even more so to be the same family running that business since the early 90s. I cold called this place with a night mare I was having a Yukon Xl I just recently purchased. Sean and his children, Courtney and Ryan are running a VERY solid auto shop. “Should be 5 stars but here’s why its not
The good:
Amazing responsiveness, very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars, fairly quick sales process.. bonus: they offered to buy me dinner because we were there late
The not so good:
Apparently this dealership requires you to have your car insured and bonded BEFORE leaving. I was not made aware of this and so I drove two hours to be told I couldn’t leave with the car. I was on the phone over an hour trying to get ahold of my insurance company, but they were closed. They did finally agree to pay for temporary coverage for me so I could get everything switched over the next day.
I am grateful they paid for the insurance but if that was an option I wish they would have started with that instead of having me on the phone forever with my insurance company.
Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again, but if your first time make sure you contact your insurance before they close for the day!”

Also came here today when I had a nail in my tire and they took me in right away, it was done in less than 10 minutes. They also charged half the amount of what other tire places have charged me in the past. Very nice people great service great pricing.”

“Highly recommended for older, high end cars. Mine is a 2016 Audi A6, with 125,000 miles. Still drives like a beast, but was stunned with an $8000 repair tab proposed by the dealer. Found these guys through a flier, had them look at it, and while the repairs were still high, it was no where near $8K. We walked through what needed to be done now, why, and would could be deferred to a next year. Glad I found these guys.”

“Starter died while getting gas at Judy Bloome rest stop, had tow company take my truck to Russ auto repair based on recs I found here. I was NOT disappointed. Very honest and fair operation. Got me right in, called for pricing on new and refurb starter to give me options, started removing dead starter while waiting for new part delivery, immediately installed new starter and sent me on my way. VERY, VERY honest. If you are in the area and need vehicle service, you will be very happy having service done here.
I am lucky to have my own honest mechanic in my town, but if I did not I would probably drive the 1+ hours to get my future auto work done here. Russ is that good, and I don't often take time to write reviews.”
