This fedex location has consistently been the most frustrating experience that I have the displeasure of being stuck with. Customer support gives conflicting information, the delivery people don't knock above a whisper, and then they give you attitude when you are even the least bit frustrated. When your dog doesn't hear the delivery attempt, you know they're not trying. Its at the point that any time we're expecting a package, we put signage out to attempt to coddle a successful delivery. Use any other system, including carrier pigeon, before expecting any successful delivery for anything that you need to sign for.

Went yesterday 6/20 around 745-8pm and was met with such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by the young man helping me, he was very professional and attentive. Thank you fed ex Branchburg! I will be returning here.

Fed Ex express at this location is horrible. Called in and change location for pick up since I missed the delivery then they never delivered it there then it went back to their main facility at 161 meister Avenue. Call before I went to work to make sure I knew where the package was to pick it up since it didn't show up at the Walgreens like they said customer said she can't let it leave from there even if she tried got to the location in branchburg and was told to that the package was delivered to Walgreens. How did the computer not show it To customer service rap I was talking to. Every time I've called in and got to talk to someone none of the information has been correct and I've wasted about 6 hours trying to get this emergency package For an order I had shipped.

If they deliver to the wrong address and take a photo of your item on someone else's porch you're on your own. Nobody at fed ex is going to go retrieve your package.
GPS should show them where the package was dropped but you're on your own. There's no help other than an automated system that wastes your time.
This center has the most incompetent delivery in the world. They actually lost a fireplace i was having delivered once. A 300lb fireplace just disappeared here.

By fault of my own I put the wrong address on a gift that was supposed to be delivered today (the day before my best friends baby shower)
It was something that was we needed urgently for the next morning and I noticed the tracking went from “out to delivery” to “being delivered monday” which was obviously too late. I received a phone call from Ryan shortly after telling me I put the wrong address and he quickly resolved it and made sure the package got delivered in time for the big day. Thank you so much Ryan I hope you see this. You really made my day

They are very quick inside but I don't know if who decided to put up a giant fence in the parking lot, but it's terrible. They have a tinny spot for customers and gates chain link fence for the other 95% of the parking lot. There are about 8 spots in the front corner and it's tight and hard to drive your vehicle there. Also the parking lot is full of pot holes, and the entire road going in is in disrepair.

The ABSOLUTE worst, rudest, laziest delivery. No door ring, no email, and they keep delivering raw food way down by my garage where it cant be seen. Every other delivery service delivers to our easy to see and reach front porch and rings or knocks.
