“I have shopped with Michael for many years now. I have purchased equipment as well as supplies. I am gonna state the obvious - you will pay a little bit more but what you get when you purchase from him is his experience. I have purchased equipment from him from mug press, vacuum press to white toner printer and any time I have had a question, he was there with an answer. He even gave me his cell phone number to call him. He has called to check in to see if I was doing well with the equipment and if I sounded a little hesitant on the phone with him, he invited me to the facility for extra training to quell my fears of working on the machinery. His knowledge in Sublimation is unmatched and has always been willing to share his knowledge without hesitation to make sure you can be successful. This might sound like a glowing review and well it is and I usually do not give glowing reviews. I think that what impressed me most is when I asked him a question that he did not know the answer to, he did not hesitate to say he did not know and followed that up with an immediate 'let's call the company and find out'. To me it is important to know your stuff but just as important to be truthful when you don't and stand by you until you get the help you need because you purchased the item through him and he wants to make sure you are happy. So yes, a glowing review for Dyecraft Direct (formerly Sublimation101)”

“This shop has a little of everything. The shop owners, Bari and Sharron, are the best! They will help you pick the perfect gift and wrap it up for you. Love this place that I have been shopping at for over 15 years! XO”

“Stopped by on a stroll one day just to check it out. Left with a very trendy Squishy. I have since come back multiple times with family to purchase more. Anyone looking to buy squishies or trinkets should stop by. The man who runs the establishment is also very friendly and will take his time to explain the products in detail.”

“I cannot express in words how wonderful this shop is. I went in a couple weeks ago and asked Jessica for help finding something to bring positivity and good luck into my life. She took the time to show me multiple options and I ended up leaving with a bundle of goodies. Fast forward to this week, and it's been working BETTER than I could have imagined! Thank you so much for your help and time, I'll definitely be back soon!”

From unique crystals, windchimes, and pendulims, to gift cards, incence, hand made soaps, and Jim Shore collectibles. The store owner Dave was very helpful. They even have a lending library full of self help and spiritual books from all faiths and traditions. Sunnyside gift shop, truely a hidden gem, right in the heart of Hillsborough.”

“pros: this is the best crystal place ive ever been to. They had all kinds of themes here including Disney. They also had a toy section which consisted of Funko pops and action figures. prices were reasonable and the quality was present CONS: The staff was nice but one lady was just pushing sales onto us. She kept trying to convince us to buy things which i'm not a fan of OVERALL: As long as you're not bothered by pushiness i highly suggest coming here for toys or mainly crystal figures”

“Truly great customer service. They made me feel valued. Sending arrangements is a personal and kind hearted gesture and Adriana made it feel like it was truly looked at and cared for that way. She problem solved and delivered ontime without any issues. Great spot”
