ive been going to this location for years because im a resident close by so i consider this the neighborhood store. Josephine, probably a supervisor and im.not on here to get anyone fired or lose their job , made me feel disrespected when she assume that i wasnt trying to pay for a cup of 60 cent ice. like really?
i spent thousands in this store do my daily shopping here for food and she went all out her way to make sure that she embarass thinking i have no integrity and just take a cup of ice? highly disappointed

So I go in to buy cigarettes I am way over age I have a white beard so anyways the cashier asks for id at that time I start to laugh so I show him my id and i get my cigarette.. when the transaction was done I ask the cashier hey what’s my age his Response is I don’t know hahaha wow wasting my time and you look stupid ! Fire them all

This particular Quikchek can NOT make a sandwich. It's a disappointment every time. The only reason I've given them so many opportunities is because I live very close. Lesson finally learned just gonna travel farther to Jersey Mike's.

It's a smaller place, but I haven't had any issue finding what I was looking for. Don't forget to setup rewards. They add up and you get a lot of freebees. The parking lot at this location can be a bit congested.

The afternoon and evening staff are great. There’s a big guy that works evenings behind the food counter & he’s next level customer service. The girls they have behind the counter in the morning are clueless. Maybe mix the smoothie a second time so it can be enjoyed instead of gossiping behind the counter? Edit: after checking the sandwiches ordered, not a single one of the add ons were added. So you have the gall to charge an extra $10 for egg & bacon but you won’t add it? I worked food service for 5 years and have never been so disgusted with a lack of effort in service.

Was annoyed that they wouldn't cash a couple of lottery scratch off winning tickets. This isn't the first time either. They will take your money to purchase them though.....

Warning about the quick check at the Somerville circle. They falsely advertise one price and charge another at the cash register. And when escalated to front end supervisor and to the Assisant manager on duty neither would adjust the and correct what I was charge. To make the situation even worse the front end supervisor tried to tell me the price was right because there was tax in the item. That is true but the tax is based on the unit price. So she was making up a story vs addressing the problem. After the assistant manager finally came to the front she was horrible. Took no responsibility and felt an acceptable response was "I am the assistant manager I can't change prices". I wasn't asking her to change the price I was asking her to charge me what they advertised. I took a picture of her name tag only to be informed I wasn't allowed to take pictures. Is that a policy of quick check and if so where is that posted? I asked The Assistant Manager who could correct this for me and she said corporate. I asked for their number and she told me to go into the rest room and take a picture of the number. Talk about making a bad situation worse. Advertising one price and charging another is bait and switch and I believe illegal. So be WARNED check your advertised price vs what the register charges you. And don't expect ANY customer service. Why have managers if they can manage.
