A cashier, Mary, was so rude to my father, she was borderline yelling at him over a box of mangoes. When he tried explaining it to her, she ignored him and immediately got defensive over it. She didn’t change her nasty attitude until a coworker came over and literally said the same thing that he was saying. If he were rude, that would be understandable, but there was NO NEED for the insufferable attitude towards him when he was calmly trying to get his point across. I’ve always enjoyed going to this ShopRite but this lowered what I think about this location.

Most un professional and racist location in Branchburg. If your black or Hispanic they will literally stand over you while your checking out at self checkout.

I do my shopping and then I wait a good while online in your store to check out. Then I have to go wait at customer service one more time to try to get a rain check on items you failed to have on the shelf. Only to find out that you will not issue a rain check If you have the items somewhere in your stock room so I'm supposed to wait again for you to call back and maybe find the item maybe bring it up to me and waste more of my time because you didn't do your job in the first place. Your failure to stock adequately should not put the customer in a position where time limitations place them at a disadvantage while you get around to it. Not a good use of customers time more like a good waste of it. More like How to SHOP WRONG NOT SHOPRITE .

This Shoprite is a little closer than Wegmans but is no longer less expensive than Wegmans. I may switch to Wegmans for the majority of my shopping.

Your front end sucks. I don’t work for you. I am tired of finding one cashier open and the rest is self checkout. This wouldn’t be so bad if the registers didn’t stop the transaction process every other item, then you need assistance. 3people are working the floor to help you, that is if they are not too busy talking amongst themselves or they are their phones. Great Customer Service. I have been coming here since the store opened. What a disappointment. The rest of the store is fine
